  Living in my apartment for the past year has been an incredible experience, and I can’t help but express my gratitude for the wonderful management team (Deanna) that has made it all possible. From the moment I moved in, it was clear that this community is dedicated to ensuring residents feel at home. The management is not only professional but genuinely caring. They are always available to address any concerns, and their response time is impressive. Whether it’s a maintenance request or a simple question, they handle everything promptly and with a friendly smile. The community events organized throughout the year foster a sense of belonging among residents. It’s great to see so many neighbors coming together, and these gatherings have helped me connect with others in the building. The amenities are well-maintained, and the common areas are always clean and inviting. It’s evident that the management (Deanna )takes pride in keeping the property in top shape. Their attention to detail really enhances the overall living experience. In summary, living in this apartment has been a joy, and much of that joy comes from the outstanding management Deanna. They truly care about the residents and work hard to create a welcoming and comfortable environment. I’m looking forward to another year here!

  There is dog feces everywhere and no one leashes their dogs. I’ve seen a guy get chased down a building by a dog while the owner just stands there calling the dog. There are also dogs locked on their balcony in this heat, some live out there in their feces. Some fenced in areas are covered in feces in it, the stench is unbelievable. I’ve had a neighbor let their dog out to use the restroom in our hallways or on our door mat but thankfully Victoria (previous employee) quickly handled that. There really hasn’t been anything wrong in my apartment to need much maintenance, but when there is they never show. Or say the work order is complete even though they never entered? Interesting a work order can be completed with my deadbolt locked. I nearly had to help the maintenance staff move a replacement washer into my unit because it had been over a month since I had one and he didn’t have help to bring it. My air conditioner has sounded like an AIRPLANE since I moved in January 2023. Our friends are shocked at the noise when they come visit. When we first moved in our water smelled like sewage and weekly if not every other day the smell comes back. The package room isn’t utilized properly so if you have a package delivered there, go get it quick! Valet trash is inconsistent with pick ups until recently. They usually drop the bag and leave the trash all over the stairs and I have to put work orders in to have it cleaned up. Or they leave it on the curb and forget to pick it up, so it sits in the sun all day long. The breezeways are disgusting! Never once been power washed. On top of all the other things going on at this place there is suspicious activity with sheriffs driving around and I have witnessed night worker like activity. If you want to enjoy the pool you should live somewhere else. It’s always closed with no notice or indication when it will open again. The maintenance guy asked if I could see a sign that the pool was closed, I said there was none…to which he responded the signs were on all the other gates and he just placed one on the one I entered through after I had been out there an hour. So, I have to walk to each gate to read a sign to know the pool is closed?
