  Amazing property, well maintained, very comfortable place to stay with lots of amenities that are available to use. The staff members were incredible. 10/10

  NO RENTES EN ESTE LUGAR! Arrepentidos de haber hecho un contrato por más de 1 año y medio. Todo es una mentira, gym nunca abierto mientras ellos no estén. La piscina de dicen que puedes usar un espacio que tiene cocina “gratis” después cuando lo vas a pedir para usar te dicen que son 100 por hora. Las luces se queman todos los días, las parece se le hacen burbujas!

  I rarely leave reviews, but I feel future residents should know what to expect. My biggest issue has been with the management office. It’s extremely difficult to get someone to answer the phone. I rarely receive a response. Communication has been consistently poor…… What’s even more frustrating is that the property isn’t at full occupancy, yet it’s still nearly impossible to get a response by phone or email. It’s hard to understand why communication is so lacking. Another disappointment has been the customer service. During the leasing process, everyone was friendly and attentive, but after moving in, that level of service completely changed. I’ve experienced passive-aggressive attitudes and interactions that made me feel like my concerns weren’t important. I have never experienced anything like this at any of my former apartments. As a resident, you expect management to be responsive, professional, and treat people with respect. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience. I hope management starts taking residents concerns more seriously and improves its communication and overall customer service because the current level of service has been very disappointing.

  I had a very disappointing experience with the application process. The system requires applicants to remove hats and glasses for photos, which is understandable for identification. However, I was also expected to remove my hijab, which is a religious covering. This made me uncomfortable and felt discriminatory. Rental policies should respect religious beliefs and follow fair housing standards. I hope this policy is reviewed and corrected.”
