  I’ve had a great experience living at Edenbrook Ridge. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and looks beautiful. The management team is friendly, professional, and understanding, and they genuinely care about the residents and the community. I really appreciate all the hard work they put into keeping the property in great shape. I would definitely recommend Edenbrook Ridge to anyone looking for a nice place to live!

  I’ve been a resident at Edenbrook Ridge since it first opened last year, and honestly, this is one of the cleanest and best-maintained properties in Wells Branch. Yes, management can be strict, but I truly believe the rules are in place to help keep the property looking the way it does. I’ve lived in several newer apartment communities before, and I’ve seen how quickly they can become run-down within the first year when there aren’t enough rules or when residents are allowed to do whatever they want. That’s why I want to give the Edenbrook Ridge team a shout-out! The property looks great, the community is well maintained, and you can tell the management team takes pride in keeping it that way. I really appreciate the effort they put into maintaining the property and making it a nice place to live. Keep up the great work, Edenbrook Ridge team!

  I’ve had a really great experience at Edenbrook Ridge. The ladies in the office are always so nice, friendly, and understanding, and they genuinely make you feel welcomed and valued. Their customer service is amazing, and they are always willing to help whenever you need anything. The property is always looking clean, well-kept, and welcoming. It’s clear that the team puts a lot of effort into keeping everything in good shape, and it really shows. I’m very happy with my experience here and would definitely recommend Edenbrook Ridge to anyone looking for a nice place to call home!

  I just moved in and so far I’m really happy with the property. The staff have been very welcoming, helpful, and responsive, which made the move in process smooth and stress free. The unit and common areas were extremely clean when I arrived. Everything felt well maintained and taken care of. My first impression has been very positive, and I’m looking forward to living here.

  if i could give these apartments ZERO stars i would due to MANAGEMENT. The apartments itself is beautiful, only down sides are really the gym and movie theatre only being open when the office is open AND there's no storage space inside the apartment. Meaning there's no pantry for food, shelfs in the bathroom etc... they try to fine/violate you for EVERYTHING like they're a HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION. The maintanence man is so incompetant so they had to bring in two random people to fix my outlets. But the MANAGEMENT is TRASH, they pick with you about certain things but let others do it...and theyre VERY passive aggressive... i can give MULTIPLE examples AND PROVIDE PROOF... if you just wanted a place to be at PEACE and call your HOME, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! this is me warning yall this and I STILL LIVE HERE (because of my lease).
