  My son has lived here for 3 years. I love sitting on his balcony and watching the sunset. Walking around the water and enjoying the serenity. His apartment needs some maintenance but overall I love the floorplan. Granite countertops. He also has a garage.

  I just came to say thank to Uleeka & Nankisha for the wonderful stay I had here. I have no complaints. My apartment was perfect and I enjoyed it. Sad that my time here has come to an end, but I wish Uleeka and Nankisha the best! Thank you for everything. My apartment was quiet and clean. Best experience of a nice apartment in Houston.

  While these apartments look nice on the outside there are a few issues that I’m not a fan of. If you want quality ac this is not that place for you. The lowest the ac gets is 71 degrees so if you run hot or like it cold. You have been warned. Not a fan of the sliding blinds in all the windows. It’s not practical they give very little privacy and do nothing to block out the heat. Additionally if you have kids they will pull them down. If you don’t care to knock down spider webs or power wash your patio or balcony you might not like it. There were a few mix ups at the office in regards to the unit I applied for as opposed to the one I got. So that goes to show how little they pay attention to their own paperwork. Also be prepared for your water bill to be $100 plus a month thanks to the new system that you have to pay separately and you can only have AT&T internet services. Update: 08/04/2026 The ac has been fixed. Im no longer hot and irritated and for that 3 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

  Hi good afternoon I will like to come in say how much I really appreciate my apartment manager Uleeka in Nankisha assistant manager and jasmine the leasing consultant The communication is great whenever I need anything from one of them on behalf of what’s going on in the apartment if something needs to be done, even if the office is closed and you called the 24 hour hotline the next day one of the ladies would definitely get in touch and make sure that the situation was taken care of the same day or the same night. I really appreciate how they actually really look out for the tenants and actually care for us the community has really grown doing holidays we actually have activities as well we actually have so many equipment in the gym and I love how I can stop by and just free my mind and have a conversation with them. They’re so open to communication and just learning you.keep up the great work ladies I love it in if you have a problem they definitely understand everything and try to figure out how they able to help such as anything with your apartment
