  We have had a very pleasant experience staying at Avenues at Shadow Creek Ranch. The community feels safe, peaceful, and well-maintained, and the management team has been very nice and responsive. Whenever we need any maintenance or service, they take care of it very quickly, which we really appreciate. The location is also very convenient, especially for families with children. It is close to schools, and my kids are very happy here. They enjoy playing in the play area every day, which has been a wonderful part of our experience. The community also has nice amenities that make living here more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and would recommend Avenues at Shadow Creek Ranch to families looking for a comfortable, safe, and convenient place to live.

  Kennedy and Rigoberto have truly made my apartment experience phenomenal! From the very beginning, they have consistently provided excellent customer service and have always been polite, professional, welcoming, and willing to help. Their positive attitudes and genuine commitment to making sure residents have a great experience really stand out. Anytime I have had a question or needed assistance, they have been courteous, responsive, and helpful. Overall, my experience has been wonderful, and Kennedy and Roberto have played a huge part in that. Their exceptional customer service is greatly appreciated, and I am very thankful for everything they have done to make my experience here such a positive one!

  We’ve lived here for a bit over 2 years now, and let me tell you…I love this community! Not only our office staff, but our maintenance crew, location to stores, distance to Houston, our school zones are some of the top rated in Alvin ISD; (Shirley Dill Brothers Elementary, Dr. Ronald E. McNair JH, Shadow Creek High, and the cleanliness/safety of our community. There hasn’t been a time that I’ve called maintenance and they’ve quickly fixed the issue, the neighborhood children play together, in my little culdesac, we have a basketball goal, so kids come over to play a lot. The office staff puts on lots of community events to get everyone involved, and outside renewal like landscaping and light improvements are happening often. We truly love Avenues, and refer them often in our neighborhood social media groups❤️

  We had a wonderful experience with The Avenues at Shadow Creek Ranch Apartments! From the welcoming atmosphere to the overall customer service, everything has been a great experience. The community has a really nice vibe, and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and valued. A special shoutout to Rigoberto Zavala, Leasing Consultant, for providing such outstanding service. Rigo is extremely friendly, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explain everything clearly, and make the entire leasing process feel smooth and stress-free. His positive attitude and great energy really stand out, and you can tell that he genuinely cares about helping residents and future residents have a great experience. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is approachable, attentive, and always willing to help. Rigo definitely creates great vibes and makes a great impression representing the community. He is truly a pleasure to work with!
