  We had a wonderful experience with The Avenues at Shadow Creek Ranch Apartments! From the welcoming atmosphere to the overall customer service, everything has been a great experience. The community has a really nice vibe, and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and valued. A special shoutout to Rigoberto Zavala, Leasing Consultant, for providing such outstanding service. Rigo is extremely friendly, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explain everything clearly, and make the entire leasing process feel smooth and stress-free. His positive attitude and great energy really stand out, and you can tell that he genuinely cares about helping residents and future residents have a great experience. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is approachable, attentive, and always willing to help. Rigo definitely creates great vibes and makes a great impression representing the community. He is truly a pleasure to work with!

  I have been at the avenues for a while now and have had the best living experience. Not only is it the same staff that is in the office that was there when I first got there, but they are wonderful. Bethany, Rigo, Kennedy, and Sara, as well as Patrick and Pablo (the maintenance gentlemen.) have taken care of my place for me when I have needed to get packages left on my porch and any other kind of issues, because I work out of town so I’m hardly home but felt comfortable letting the front office know that. I feel like my home is safe when I am gone. They just have such a personal touch about their Interactions with me. I know them all by name and they all know who I am, when I call, which is very very comforting. Unfortunately, I have to move because of work. But this would be my home forever. This place and these people are amazing and special.

  Currently still here nice apartments so far so good staff is amazing, your neighbors are quiet and respectful the units are very nice so come check out The Avenues at Shadow Creek you'll absolutely Love It. Electric Car stations, car wash bay, nice gym like come on Home what are you waiting for....

  I would not recommend this property management company based on my experience with the move-out process. After living in the community for several years, I expected a fair and professional experience, but unfortunately that was not what I received. I moved out on April 18 and left the property in good condition. Despite this, I was charged for items I dispute, including an electricity charge for a period after I was no longer living there, drip pans, and carpet cleaning. I provided information and documentation to support my concerns, but instead of resolving the dispute, the balance was sent to collections while I was still waiting for a response from management. Earlier in my lease, I received a lease violation that was later determined to be caused by my neighbor, not me. Once the property manager looked into the situation, she called me, removed the violation, and was very kind and professional throughout that process. I appreciated her willingness to correct the mistake. After reaching out again yesterday regarding my move-out dispute, I still have not received a phone call or email from anyone at the office. The lack of communication has been one of the most disappointing parts of this experience. Overall, I am very disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I encourage future residents to carefully document everything and make sure they fully understand the move-out process and potential charges before signing a lease.
