  I’ve had a great experience with this apartment community. The office staff and maintenance team are always professional, friendly, and helpful. They work hard to keep the property well-maintained and are quick to respond whenever assistance is needed. I truly appreciate their dedication and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

  I’ve had an excellent experience living at Avenues at Shadow Creek. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and always kept clean. The office staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve needed assistance, they’ve been responsive and helpful. The maintenance team deserves special recognition for their quick response times and quality work. The amenities are great, the grounds are well cared for, and the atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major roads. Overall, Avenues at Shadow Creek has exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to call home.” Rigo, Beth Vernarda and really took care of me!!

  I recently moved into Avenues at Shadow Creek and have had a great experience so far. As a first time renter and former homeowner, I really appreciated how thoroughly Sara, the Assistant Manager, explained the fees, monthly costs, and what to expect. Her transparency made the process much more comfortable. The move-in was smooth, and the apartment was just as nice as I remembered from my tour. After a month here, I can honestly say I’m very happy. The community is always clean and peaceful, the office staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the maintenance team is excellent. I highly recommend Avenues!

  We have lived here since 2013. We moved from New York and this is the best complex we have ever lived at. Maintenence and Management are top notch. We have no pest control issues and maintenence requests are taken care of promptly. They just updated the lights outside and it's brighter and feels safe.
