  I moved in this apartment complex in February 2024 and moved out September 2025. Maintenance was amazing and my issue was when I was charged 2 months of renters insurance and I sent them proof that I had it through a third party. The one month of February 2025 I didn't have it, I paid $35. I got my renters proof sent to them on Feb 26, but they charged me for March and April. There was a manager Lisa she tried to email whoever takes off the charges for months since I kept going to ask but nothing was done. Lisa was replaced by another lady and she tried as well after I explained everything again but nothing was taken off. I was always paying my rent ahead of time no once I was late in all the time I was there. I had to move and I went again to make sure $70 won't be included in whatever fee they charge. The last said she sent an email but no one was responding. I moved out September 12, after doing a walk through no body sent me an email with charges and how to start making payments for the cleaning or whatever. I found out about the charge through collection agency on my credit in October 2025. Why wasn't anyone e-mailing, called even once, since y'all had my info? I always pay whatever I owe no matter how much. My previous apartment billed for double the amount and they reached out and we arranged payments. Why was I notified by collection agency with only 1 month of moving out? That charge included the $70 I tried to get taken off for months. I tried to call Stonemark and I spoke to someone that was it, no one called me even though they said someone would me. I really liked the apartments and I would have returned one day but those 2 things pissed me off. Take of that $70 for renters and also why send $316 to collection in ONE month of moving out?

  I would like to shout out Alyssa, I am relocating from California to Texas due to work. Alyssa turned something that was very chaotic into something very smooth while keeping me updated with everything going on while I am still here in California. I appreciate the support and guidance since this is my FAMILYS first time in Texas. She told me about the local schools , as well as shopping centers around the area. I appreciate her and how helpful she has been.
