  I want to give a huge shoutout to the maintenance worker Nick at this senior living complex. His response time and professionalism are truly outstanding. Any time a request is submitted after hours, it’s handled quickly, efficiently, and always with kindliness and respect. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the residents and he takes pride in his work. Knowing that maintenance issues are taken seriously and resolves so promptly gives families and residents real peace of mind. Thank you, Nick for going above and beyond to keep the complex running smoothly! My parents live here and we are about 45 minutes away, so it means a lot knowing my parents are in good hands.   This is going into my 4th year as a resident at the Portofino Senior Living. These people making positive posts haven’t been here long enough to experience the truth. The first two years were great. This past year was totally horrible. The current community manager is an awful liar. Maintenance gets very little done to say something good. I have requests over a year old. They can’t even get a light bulb for the microwave. The unit I live in just failed the city’s inspection in five different categories. The smoke detector in the master bathroom beeps at all times of day and night. Even was doing it during the inspection. No one has come to do anything about it. Probably, because I’m moving out at the end of April. Avoid this property at all cost.

  This is by far the absolute worst apartment management I have ever dealt with. I contacted the office regarding a two bedroom apartment for my mother-in-law. We scheduled an appointment for 2:30 PM and I drove an hour and 15 minutes to the property. when I got here, no one would answer the door. There was a sign on the door saying that they were touring however I found out that they were just taking lunch. I waited around for almost 45 minutes before anyone even acknowledge me.during that time there were two women in the office the assistant manager and the property manager who saw I was standing outside and never even tried to help. They pointed at the door and then covered their face As if they were frustrated, I was there. When I finally was able to come into the office, the assistant manager Had no idea who I was, and never took down any of my information over the phone. After everything, they did not have any apartment to show whatsoever, so it was a complete waste of time.
