We looked around a few places manufactured home centers in East TX before we decided to go with a Clayton Home. What I liked about the Clayton Homes is you get more home for less money. Plus, they plug the model homes into electricity so you don't walk into a sweltering shell of a home. And they also decorate and stage the homes so you can see what they could look like with furniture and decor. You could even purchase the furniture and decor. Colton was very helpful from the beginning. He showed us several homes to choose from. He was very patient with us, even when I had to put things on hold and was indecisive with which home to go with. Really, the whole team is great from beginning to end. Once you start the process of home buying, everyone that does their part, keeps you in the loop for the next step. Highly recommend this group of people for your next home. My process of construction just started today and we should be moved in before Thanksgiving! Thank you, Colton, Maxine, and Courtney!!!

AMAZING! So sweet, never was pushy, keep us updated 24/7. We had to rush since my husband works out of town and they were able to make it happen. Just all around awesome 🩷🩷

We had the best experience with Colton, he knows everything you need to know about the homes and has a great attitude! Every question I had he had an answer for and he works around the clock to get everything together for you to move forward!

Alyssa was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She made everything so easy, and made sure we always understood what was happening. If you need a home definitely come to Palestine!!!
