- KCKrista CastilloAug 28, 20261.0Very disappointed with my experience with this company, and the lack of communication from Ty. A simple phone call or message back with an update would have gone a long way. You should not have to chase down the salesperson to get information regarding your own application.
- SGShelby GardnerJun 27, 20264.0If you are looking to buy your forever home don’t go here! We have had one problem after another with our sales guy bj. After he claimed everything in the house was new & working we have had to replace most of what was in the home. He is very rude & he will take his time getting anything done. I have never left bad reviews even if I’m not happy with a service but this is ridiculous & I wanted to make sure that I said my part.
- JBjayden BarnesMay 13, 20265.0We had a great experience working with Ty at Academy Homes of Palestine. From the beginning, he made us feel comfortable and never gave us the chance to be shy about asking questions. He was easy to talk to, very responsive, and always took the time to explain everything clearly. Ty went above and beyond to walk us through every step of the home-buying process. He was knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right home rather than just making a sale. Any time we had a question or concern, he got back to us quickly and made sure we understood what was happening. We’re very thankful for all of Ty’s help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. He made what could have been a stressful process feel much smoother and more manageable.
