  We had a great experience working with Ty at Academy Homes of Palestine. From the beginning, he made us feel comfortable and never gave us the chance to be shy about asking questions. He was easy to talk to, very responsive, and always took the time to explain everything clearly. Ty went above and beyond to walk us through every step of the home-buying process. He was knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right home rather than just making a sale. Any time we had a question or concern, he got back to us quickly and made sure we understood what was happening. We’re very thankful for all of Ty’s help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. He made what could have been a stressful process feel much smoother and more manageable.

  Bree at academy homes in Palestine is absolutely worth going to. We went to her and then ventured out to a few other places while shopping around and something in our hearts said go back to Bree at academy homes. She helped us tremendously in this process and was very good at communicating every step. 🏠 💴

  What can I say, we bought my first house!! I had been dreading the process that comes with it but was happily surprised that it was so easy. When we came through the door, we were greeted with a smile from the lady up front and it felt welcoming. The man’s name that helped us was Ty. He was very professional and not like what you would typically think of when it comes to salesman. When it came to what we wanted Ty helped us find which house he thought we could most easily make a home. Can’t say we will be buying another house anytime soon but when we do I hope we can Use Academy Homes of Palestine. Thank you guys so much!
