- VVVictoria Vasquez5 days ago1.0We had a very disappointing experience with Clayton Homes. We have several issues with our home that still need to be fixed. After expressing our concerns during our welcome-home call with corporate, we were assured everything would be addressed. Since then, we’ve submitted repair requests but have been unable to get in touch with the manager or receive responses. It’s frustrating to purchase a home and struggle to get the issues resolved. We expected much better customer service and accountability. If we could return our home without any debt coming with us we would in a heart beat.

- MBMariela BrionesMay 22, 20245.0Purchased my home in late 2023 and have had a great experience!! No complaints. Charo, Maritza, and Isabell made the process smooth and easy to understand. Delivered it right away. So grateful for you Ladies. Thank you for going above and beyond!
- ASApril SanchezJul 21, 20231.0This has not been a good experience. There has been things wrong with the house and the staff doesn’t seem to care or work in a professional urgent matter to take care of these issues. The people they send out to address any issues are always late and not equipped properly or prepared. Very disappointing
