The complex is affordable, safe, well maintained, and being in NRH leaves you easy access to both sides of the DFW metroplex. No major maintenance issues in our time there, and any requests we put in were responded to in a timely fashion.

After being a long‑term resident who followed every rule and consistently paid on time, I expected at least basic respect and transparency. Instead, I was treated like I didn’t matter. No clear reason, no proper communication, nothing. Just pushed out after years of loyalty. It’s extremely disappointing to see how little they value long‑term tenants. If this is how they treat someone who has been responsible and reliable for half a decade, I can only imagine how they treat new residents. I would strongly caution anyone considering moving here — the lack of communication and disregard for loyal tenants speaks volumes.
