  Is it normal to cry when you turn in your keys? I have really loved living at this complex. I spent 3 1/2 wonderful years here, but had to turn in my keys today. The only reason I left is because I had to buy my dog a house due to health complications. Overall, I have found this complex to be wonderful. The following is my opinion. PARKING: I never once had an issue and had a spot I considered mine although not paid for like a carport. The perimeter of the property had plenty of spots. Possibly less if you have an apartment closer to the center of the property. MAINTENANCE: Love the maintenance team. I only had 2 occasions to need them but always very prompt and took care of my issues. But I also got to know them outside of my apartment needs, and they are good guys. I am very sad I won’t get to see them anymore. PETS:This is a very pet friendly community. Seems like almost everyone has a dog or cat. SAFETY: As someone that has walked their dog around the property at all times night and day, I have never once been concerned for my safety. There was a small bit of car break-ins a year or so ago, but unfortunately there are bad people sometimes. This was only a very short time period. OFFICE: I have always had great interactions with the office staff. I have seen countless reviews for other apartments about how bad the people in the office have been. You will not find that here. I have always experienced a smile and a helping hand from the office team. COMMUNITY: I have met some wonderful people here (maybe because we are animal lovers). The community is a mix of retired folks, families, working professionals of various mix of races and nationalities. I lived in the larger one bedroom and loved it. The only drawback was the size of the kitchen. Not a lot of space, but you can’t have everything. The only other drawback I would say about the property is how swampy it can be. With that being said, the management has put in a lot of work to keep the property looking nice, upgrade it, and to remedy some of these swampy areas. There will be pros and cons to any home. If I ever need an apartment again, this will be the first place I look. I will truly miss this place, my neighbors, and the staff. Thank you ABBEY!   We had a scare late one night. All of the smoke alarms went off and would only stop for several seconds. I called the emergency maintenance number and left a message. In just a couple of minutes Joe called and walked us through what to do. Then he came over first thing in the morning and fixed the problem. Thank you, Joe, for your help! You are appreciated.

  After living here for 3 years, I have nothing but good things to say about it. Management takes great care of the place and it shows. If something does break, maintenance is extremely prompt and fixes it quickly. More than once I put in a service request and it was fixed later that day. Soundproofing between units is also fantastic - I rarely hear my neighbors. 10/10 would highly recommend living here 👍
