  I’ve had a positive experience visiting Parkwyn Townhomes. Jeremiah has always been welcoming, professional, and easy to communicate with. He seems genuinely passionate about his role and making sure people have a positive experience. It’s always nice to come across someone who takes pride in what they do!

  If you want to live somewhere that will cost you more than a house mortage this is the place. Our base rent in our townhome is 1,445. SOMEHOW our bill went up to $2,129.47. We have roach infestation and every time we place a work order, they change it with "Order completed" meanwhile, nobody show up. We have 2 big holes in our ceilling, we hear rats going back and forth. almost a year later, they haven't been repaired. We pay for amenities but pool doesn't open, trash bins and dumpsters outside overflowed with trash and furniture, leaks everywhere. anyways we will never sign another lease here and we will make sure to tell our friends and family about this horrible place and to avoid it to all cost.

  First they say they are wheelchair accessible and they’re not! My best friend moved here from another state & these apartments are deplorable! They didn’t clean the apartment, it was filthy. The electrical outlets didn’t work. You’re not allowed to put soap on the soap holder in the shower. They limit how many times you can have guests. They tow people all the time. The refrigerator was missing the tops to the crisper drawers. The refrigerator door handle broke. The windows were awful and painted shut! I reported that fire code violation to the fire marshal. The refrigerator was disgustingly filthy. Two of the ceiling fans were broken. The a/c wasn’t working so he called to have it looked at. The maintenance man came & said he did something outside & it should work. Well it didn’t. The next day a different maintenance man came, took the back off the unit & it looked like it was lined with fur. The filter looked like it hadn’t been changed in years! Instead of cleaning it & changing the filter he closed it and said it needed new coils. He would come back the next day. He never showed. Two days later, they came back and said the unit needed to be replaced but it would have to be approved by corporate! They never came back. They never apologized or cleaned the apartment. The door wouldn’t stay shut so they drilled a little bit and said it was fixed but it wasn’t. This all happened in 1 week. I’ve never been so horrified. Now I have a respiratory infection from breathing that filthy air. There are so many fire & health code violations. They were also working on the sewer. There is sewage everywhere. Used toilet paper. It’s disgusting! Instead of cleaning they just left it. This place needs to be shut down!

  We will be getting out of this hell hole soon. This is 2 bed 1 and half townhome. Rent base $1445 I’m having a hard time understanding how my bill was this much. We are paying more than mortgage. I found this very insulting to our hard earned money when the quality of life here is awful. Maintenance is useless, pool doesn’t open, roach infestation and they charge you for everything. Our toilet was leaking for over a month and they still haven’t showed up to fix it. We get charge for every little thing. Even to share oxygen with your neighbors you are getting charged with no warning. Endless water problems. And I can say many more.
