  By far the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. If the only thing you care about is cheap rent then you've found your place. If you at all care about quality of life, then run while you still can. Upon moving in our place was infested with 100s of roaches. It was so bad that we had to be housed somewhere else for 3 months, untill I personally eradicated them myself. I've been here for 2 years and this is what ill tell you. The pool has been open for a total of 10 days, after 2 years and 3 service requests my second shower handle is still broken, I never got my stainless steel stove I pay for, and my dishwasher has been down for over a month now. In addition, this complex is incredibly unstable. The police are here at LEAST twice a week, the dumpster has turned into a literal dump, and the water gets shut down about once a month. So if you are looking to do your own maintenance and have cheap rent, you've found your place. Otherwise, try to look at other options for your own sake.

  If you want to maintain your tranquility and your peace of mind, avoid coming to live in this community, apartments with black mold, infestation of cockroaches and if they send to fumigate, a person arrives who would do it better, my 1 year old son, swimming pools are never open and the water is always green, in the extreme cold I spent 4 days with my family without heating, it was damaged and they did not send to repair until the cold passed, now in the sweltering summer of Texas the air conditioning does not work and I went to the office and they said they would come immediately and no They arrive and since it is the weekend I have to wait until Monday without air conditioning, the people in the office are not friendly at all, the maintenance orders are uploaded and it is of no use because they do not review them or pay attention, people are going to come from those apartments for the same problems, keep your peace of mind and do not go live in that place. They do not maintain anything, stoves heat up and stop heating when cooking, the bathroom tubs have completely damaged paint, this is definitely not recommended.

  Advertising a pool that is not even open yet. Kids are almost back to school and the money we paid to live here and not having an open pool is ridiculous. Plus never ending problems with the property, trash everywhere, my apartment flooded and there still big holes in the ceiling that they never came and fix it. I’ve requested pest control to come over because roaches crawl on me even when I’m sitting on my living room. And they “complete” the request but nobody ever shows up. Mind you, I’ve gotten my bill up to 2k. This is definitely my last year here.

  Worse apartment complex ever. When we first moved in I took pictures of every room. I did the checklist that they give you, I told them there was black mold in the bathroom, the fridge had the missing glass shelf and making loud noise, the stove only had 2 working heating elements, the oven didn't work. There were roaches everywhere, management never sprayed even though we were on the monthly spray list. Make things worse we started getting ants, my children started getting bitten. The ac unit leaked and they refused to fix it. 3 months living here they came to do an apartment inspection, the manager didn't even come into the apartment in glad I had cameras recoding everything. I told her everything that was broken and even our garbage disposal. Here we are 4 months later and still nothing has been fixed, we have gnats, roaches and ants everywhere. We have a backyard and the weeds and grass are tall. The manager excuse is that maintenance is so busy. But everytime I would go outside they were sitting in their work shed, smoking, eating and drinking. The so called laundry room has 2 washers and 1 dryer, and it smelled like dog poop. We had enough, so while boxing and getting ready to move to our new place, today when we moved the dryer the wall is. Covered in black mold. Im surprised we didn't get sick, but of course I was constantly spraying with clorox bleach. They have 2 swimming pools that were supposed to have been opened to the tenants still closed both pools are green. In June one of the pergolas fell it took them a month to remove it. It was dangerous for the children who lived here because the playground is right next to it. In December couple of kids threw mud at the doors and windows , they are still dirty they don't bother to clean. There have been tenants that have left or who gotten evicted their doors were left opened and kids were going to these empty apartments with full.of furniture and other stuff. They are now under new management but nothing will get done they don't give a shit. All they want is to raise the rent and fill up the apartment town homes. Good ridden, we are so grateful to be leaving this hell hole. The only nice thing about this place was the reception Denise she was always so polite , understanding and helpful. I hope she finds a new job. They don't deserve the 1 star i gave them.

  This is hands-down one of the best managed properties I have ever lived in. The grounds are consistently clean, safe, and beautifully maintained. The office staff is professional and always welcoming, and the maintenance team is incredibly efficient whenever a request is put in. It’s a quiet, comfortable, and stress-free environment. If you’re looking for a great place to live, look no further!
