We saw many houses in the area and felt that the price and feel of this house was just right for us. Walt was the first one we met when walking through the front doors of the Creekside office. He was so pleasant and easy to talk to. He was there through the whole decision and buying process. Even after about 5-6 months of us living in our beautiful home, we feel comfortable to send Walt a text to ask about paint colors for touch ups and even asking about recommendation of vendors for house projects. What we loved about buying our home is we were never pushed to make a decision just so he makes a sale. He knew it was a big decision to make and understood any decision we would make and never made us feel like an inconvenience. It is not easy for us to trust while making such a big purchase, but through the whole process we were always reassured, and treated with such kindness and respect. Walt was there through the whole process. Even Jesse, the project manager Idid everything he can and went above and beyond to make sure all our expectations were met. I highly recommend working with Walt to purchase your Creekside Centex home. You will have a great experience. They have a great team here!
