He made sure to place our needs and wants before pushing for a sale, and that was very important to us when making our final decision to buy a home with Centex. Brandon West was absolutely exceptional throughout the final stages of our home buying and construction experience with Centex. From the very beginning, he took the time to carefully walk us through every aspect of our new home, explaining everything thoroughly and making sure that no detail was overlooked. What impressed us most from both Walter and Brandon was their genuine commitment to making sure we were completely happy and comfortable with our home. They consistently went above and beyond what we expected, were patient with every question, and made us feel that our concerns and satisfaction truly mattered. During our final walk through, Brandon's professionalism, attention to detail, communication, and level of customer service were outstanding. Brandon is an incredible representative of Centex and the type of construction manager every new homeowner should be fortunate enough to work with. We are extremely grateful to both, Walter and Brandon for everything they did to help make our experience with our new home such a positive one.
