  I made an unexpected decision to move this summer, with no plan and very little time i began searching for what I hoped would be the “right place” to call home, I made phone calls, visited a few places, and then one evening I dialed The Abbey, it was late and I expected to get a recording, prepared to leave a message I was shocked to have a person with a friendly voice at the other end of the call, from the moment she began to talk she put me at ease, she was helpful, professional, kind and made me smile, she set an appointment for the next morning, and welcomed me with open arms and a caring heart, I knew instantly that I was in the right place, living here now for more than a month I am overjoyed, with all that is “THE ABBEY”, I love it here, and I am happy to say … THANK YOU EDYN RODRIGUEZ, because of you, and your kindness, I think I have found my way home.   We’ve been here for 4 months now and we love it! The office is always super friendly and welcoming. We love our unit and if it wasn’t for having to relocate, we would stay here for as long as we could. I highly recommend this apartment complex. It’s clean, neighbors are friendly, there is some noise here and there but that’s pretty typical for apartment life. There’s always plenty of parking, clean amenities and the overall location is super safe and peaceful. When we first moved in we had a few things we needed touched up in our unit and maintenance got it done super fast and well, so that’s a plus! Also if you happen to work with Angel, she’s awesome and super funny! Overall, there’s nothing to not love about this place, hope this helps anyone who’s interested! :)

  Not only does this complex offer luxurious interiors and amazing amenities, but the service is what I highly write this place on. Angel has been amazing throughout the whole process. She goes above and beyond for you. And she genuinely cares about the people that she talks to. Edyn is amazing as well. Maintenance gets work orders done in a timely manner. I haven't had any problems with my Amazon packages getting here. I have referred two of my friends to this apartment complex since I liked it so much.

  Angel is NOT customer friendly and has an extremely POOR attitude. Angel is VERY RUDE, VERY DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL. Angel had a mocking smile while I was looking down to read the add on cost sheet then when I lifted my head she quickly stopped smiling; she did this repeatedly in a mocking manner. Angel is NOT fit for customer service. Seems that the assistant manger Javier and manager Denise condone this very disrespectful and rude behavior by Angel. Javier was upset by phone in retaliation for making a complaint regarding Angel.

  I just moved in this past weekend and can confidently say this move-in process has been AMAZING! We worked with Edyn through our two tours of the apartment and the leasing process. She was always very easy to get in contact with and made us feel right at home. The apartments themselves, as well as the amenities, are luxurious and modern. I am so so glad we've made this our new home!
