Family friendly mobile home park in New Braunfels with on-site management. Welcoming everyone to contact us for lot rental and used mobile home(s) home for sale. Please call us today for more info. Hillside is our smaller trailer park but we have seven others in New Braunfels serving the area between San Marcos and San Antonio. Hillside is usually the only property that has a mobile home for sale. However, we have plans to add five more lots in 2024. Four of those will be for single-wides while the fifth will accommodate a double wide mobile home. Residents pay utilities direct to the city while the community offers dumpsters for trash.
