  Just moved into our new home and couldn’t be happier about the experience. We purchased while living in another country so that added to our stress level. Cole, Tyler and the entire design team did an amazing job helping us thru the buying experience. Tyler kept us up to date from dirt to keys in hand and Cole continued checking in and clearing road blocks along the way. The design team helped us so much with the ability to move products to natural light during our design appointments.

  Tyler Keese has been wonderful to work with throughout my home-building journey. His communication has been outstanding, and he has always been quick to address any questions or concerns with professionalism and care. He has kept me informed every step of the way and made the process feel much less stressful. Although Tyler is leaving before my home is completed to continue his career in the Dallas area, he has made a lasting positive impression. He has been a delight to work with, and his dedication to his homeowners is evident in everything he does. He will be truly missed, and I am grateful for the exceptional experience he provided.   We have been in our new Del Webb home now for about 30 days, and are completely satisfied with our decision to purchase a home here. The sales experience with Cole Haley went as smooth as it possibly could have gone. He was very thorough and accommodating. Our construction manger Tyler Keese kept us very informed of every detail during the building phase, and went above and beyond to make sure our considerations were taken into account. The warranty manager Frank Brown also have been very responsive and attentive to our needs as well. The Del Webb team @ Veramendi is first rate.

  We decided to move to the Del Webb community and build our new home. The entire process has been smooth. Our construction manager "Tyler" is the best. From our first build meeting and continues today. He is very patient, friendly and is able to explain the build process as it goes on. We enjoy talking with him at our site and in passing. We are waiting for our home to be finished by mid August, but being able to voice our concerns and questions to both those men is very calming. Unfortunately "Tyler" is moving up to the Dallas area to continue his work. He will be missed.

  Building a home requires a significant investment of money, patience, time, and trust. A lot can go wrong. Tyler Keese, our construction manager, went above and beyond to keep us informed and keep things moving along in a smooth, timely, honest and very positive-attitude manner. He exhibited a high level of professionalism, pride, and approachability throughout the process, which I greatly appreciated. His people skills and job specific knowledge were exceptional. Our sales agent, Rikki Rivers, was also easy to work with. She was down to earth, patient and pleasant. It never felt like she was pressing to make the sale or trying to convince us to include options and extras that did not make sense under our circumstances. When we changed our minds about things along the way, she never batted an eye and she did all she could to make sure we were getting everything we wanted. Overall, buying and building this home was a 5-star experience due substantially to our sales and construction team.
