In the past we've experienced and dealt with contractors and builders, some good and some not so good. But by leaps and bounds the (Del Webb Veramendi) group that consist of (Evan, Frank, Tyler, Cody, Steve, Jake, and Luke) in New Braunfels, TX. has far exceeded and continues to exceed our expectations for service, skills, follow-thru, and readiness! These guys are truly, BEST IN CLASS!!!!

As an out-of-state customer, we have been pleased with support of both our sales consultant, Rikki Rivers, and our construction manager, Tyler Keese! Rikki has been on top of communication and sending pics of construction of our home. Tyler has been outstanding ensuring we receive weekly and timely updates as well as showing exceptional knowledge and customer service.
