  Great experience with Canyon House so far. Staff is super friendly and Maddie was a great resource for any questions I had during the application process and moving in. They respond quickly and were very happy to help out.

  Leasing process was easy and the office staff was super helpful and not pushy. I worked with Maddie primarily and she was great but really all of the girls in the office were helpful and welcoming. Just moved in but these apartments seem like a good value. Quiet, nice and seemingly well managed.

  We have really enjoyed living here at Canyon House Apartments! The staff has always been so kind and helpful! They actually answer the phone when you call. We enjoy the amenities! The dog park is really nice. They have a space for large dogs and for smaller dogs. The pool is really nice! They have a little area for the small kids too. The apartment itself is really nice! Lots of cabinet space. I think its the best apartment complex we've ever lived in!

  I’ve been here for almost a year now, and was happy to renew my lease for another year. This apartment community is so nice to live in. They are excellent at maintaining the property, and have done multiple projects to refresh the place since I’ve lived here. They also host monthly events for the residents like “paint your own doormat”, “poolside movie nights”, and “plant bars”. The staff is super friendly, and the one small maintenance issue I had was resolved the very next morning.

  Sierra Black was absolutely wonderful to work with at Canyon House. She was friendly, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to answer all of my questions, was very responsive, and made me feel valued throughout the experience. Her excellent customer service and positive attitude truly stood out. I highly recommend working with Sierra if you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Thank you for all your help!
