  Best place I’ve ever lived so far and I’ve lived in several different apartments! From the tour, to the move-in process, to the events, to the community, everything is perfect. Sierra in the front office was so welcoming, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. We are SO happy we chose Canyon House!

  I had a wonderful experience with Maddie at Canyon House Apartments! She was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. She made everything so much easier and was always willing to answer my questions and assist me with anything I needed. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I truly appreciate all her help and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Maddie, for making this process such a positive one! Highly recommend Canyon House Apartments!

  maddie is a gem and is so welcoming and helpful,so is Syerra.my apartment is great..it is spacious and just right for me and my daughter ,but i am constantly annoyed by my upstairs neighbors who stomp around beginning as early as 5 am and all though the day and night untill i go to bed around 10. i bought a surrounded sound because its the only way to mute the sounds. people do not follow apartment rules, such as not picking up after there dogs around the complex or the dog parks, they also pile trash up outside in dumpster area when valet trash isnt running instead of putting it inside the dumpster. other than that I like it,but i wont continue my lease when it is up due to the negitive issues above. apartment living isnt for me.

  Sierra black was so awesome to help me out and walk me through the process she was very patient with me and she followed up with me every chance she got I just want to tell you guys thank you very much for all the great hospitality that's from everyone inside the office that's in management everything went smooth and patiently and I love experience that I received from you guys keep up the great work you guys are awesome all the time in my eyes thank God for people like you and people like you and the people that's in the office that's working diligent everyday I don't know if you guys get the recognition that you deserve but I'm giving it to you right now that you guys are awesome you guys are the best I had the best experience I ever had working with someone in the office for us apartment offices complexes staff and management great job keep up the good work and may God bless you all and you guys prosper continuously amen
