  I listed my home for sale with Stephanie Simmons a little less this year ago on the recommendations of others who used her in real estate transactions. I found her to be efficient, cordial, and knowledgeable. She gave me tips on staging and pricing my home and took a great many beautiful, professional quality photos for the listing she created. When it seemed to me that buyers were not interested in my home I told her I was considering lowering the price. She replied that she would do so if I wanted to but she didn’t think it was a good idea. She explained that there were factors beyond my home itself at work, such as interest rates, timing, and the economy that had chilled the market in general.She advised me to be patient and assured me that I would be glad that I did. She was right. She sold my home for very nearly my listing price. Stephanie is a hard-working professional who successfully guided me through the process of selling my house for a price that pleased me. I highly recommend her as a realtor.

  I cannot say enough good things about Stephanie! Her pictures made my house look amazing and it sold the first week! Her attention to detail and ability to answer all of my numerous questions is top notch!
