- MTMarcus TownesSep 15, 20265.0Moved in Aug 26, 2026 and the vented hole is amazing ! Closing and final walk thru was a breeze. They listen to all concerns and are knowledgeable and friendly. I am a first time home buyer so my questions were all over the place but they treated me with respect and answered every question. If they didn’t have an answer they gave me one by EOD. Thank you to the centex team
