  THEY DO NOT FIX WATER DAMAGE I have lived here for 3 years. Many things about this place were far below average, including a constant deficit in maintenance workers, rude apartment manager, a pool that always had black algae which was not a concern to management till it completely overgrew to the point of making the whole pool black during the remodel of the deck area- at which point they closed it for at least a month in the summer, to clean it. However the WORST part is the chronic leaking of the ceiling that was never resolved no matter how many reports we submitted. I recently got a toxin test back that reveal a very high level of a toxin that is caused by water damaged indoor buildings. This place needs to be sued.

  Management could do a much better job of monitoring and enforcing rules throughout the property. There are ongoing issues, particularly near the alley side, with residents driving recklessly through the area and playing extremely loud music, sometimes early in the morning. Trash is frequently left outside or around the dumpsters instead of being properly disposed of inside them, which makes the property look unclean. There are also residents who walk their dogs and allow them to urinate and leave waste in other residents’ yards without cleaning up afterward. I believe management needs to establish and consistently enforce clear community rules regarding speeding, noise, trash disposal, pet waste, and respect for other residents’ property. Better communication and enforcement would go a long way toward making this a cleaner, safer, and more enjoyable place for everyone who lives here.
