  Okay I lived there in year 98, now it sucks. But boy I'm telling you that nothing but bosses. And yes we would have huge parties after all we were all in restraunt business and damn we were lit all the time. My names Jason Armstrong. Some very memorable stuff went down. We were staff at ihoo 75% of us made plenty to pay bills and always had a side job lol. It was 300 a month plus electricity was bout 80 a month if you got into program adds up total divide by 12. Not no shit exist now. We could take dirt track. Where furniture store is and it was like walking to albertsons through hell. I mean that litterly. Many cults exsisted at any close restraunt. I speak complete truth not to mention underground access for vip treatment

  the complex was great to work with while working through the move-in process but now i am experiencing issues and am feeling regret about moving here. i can almost never get a hold of the office. they are either never there, not answering the phone, or not responding to emails. my apt smells so much cigarette smoke and i have spent so much money trying to fix the issue with no luck. cleaning constantly, air purifiers, candles, incense, room spray, it doesn’t matter. it doesn’t work. i do not smoke and now all of my clothes, furniture, and belongings smell like cigarette constantly. i have expressed this through email with no response, i have called the office and left voicemail with no answer. after i finally got a hold of someone they said they are “investigating” and that i should try to put car fresheners on my air vent. as nice as the office staff may be, they are never around, never available, and are not reliable or responsive. the units are old and need updates, maintenance paints over everything and there’s paint on the floor, in and on sinks, and it’s just a sloppy job. i am not happy with the smell of my apartment, the inconsistency with the office, and many other issues that keep arising.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Heather and everyone at Aviare Place. For over a year, my son Rylan was battling cancer, which meant I spent countless days and weeks away from home while he was hospitalized in different cities receiving treatment. Throughout that incredibly difficult journey, the staff at Aviare Place was always understanding, compassionate, and accommodating. They never made me feel like I was just another resident—they genuinely cared about what my son and I were going through. After Rylan passed away, I was faced with the heartbreaking task of moving out of the apartment we had shared. I reached out to explain my situation, and Heather responded with such incredible kindness. Management approved a compassionate release from my lease, waiving all early termination fees, re-letting fees, and other penalties. That act of generosity relieved an enormous burden at a time when I could barely think straight. When I returned my keys, Heather greeted me with the warmest smile and gave me the biggest hug. That simple act of compassion meant more to me than words can express. It reminded me that there are still truly caring people in this world. It’s easy to review an apartment based on amenities or maintenance, but what makes Aviare Place special is the people. Heather and the entire team treated me with empathy, grace, and genuine humanity throughout one of the darkest chapters of my life. Thank you for your kindness during Rylan’s cancer journey, for your compassion after his passing, and for making an unbearable situation just a little bit easier. I will never forget what you did for me, and I will always be grateful.
