  Highly recommend this Apartment complex- Juan, the property manager is really cool and the whole office team actually listen to residents! Which makes such a difference when bringing issues to their attention. The community stays clean, and I really appreciate that the rules apply to everyone. There have been some other reviews talking about how the property is not family friendly. However it's not fair for those of us who don't have kids to have our patios reviewed and others with children to think that theirs do not have to follow the same rules within the lease. I didn't realize that some residents think that their occupancy consisting of small children means they are exempt from a tidy patio for example. No offense but if I can't have my cat tree on the patio then you can't have your children's toys. We all signed the same lease and are grown adults who can read. No favoritism, no exceptions and it means a lot to see things handled evenly and professional. It’s a big part of why this is such a great place to call home year after year and know that management like Juan and Ursula care.

  So I've been moved out now for a little over a month and wanted to share my experience at these apartments. Overall I was very satisfied with the complex. I moved down from wisconsin and needed a place quick. I was approved very quickly and everything went smoothly. It's a very quite complex and I was like 20 feet from the door to my car witch was very convenient. I've had packages left at my door for days while I was out of town and no one ever stole them. My neighbors helped jump my truck several times and were very friendly. Location wise your very close to alot of restaurants and the mall. Walmart Is also like 5 minutes away. The price is very good for what you get. I will admit I did not use the pool once and only used the gym a couple times so I cannot speak on those. But they did look clean and well maintained. The maintaince crew was also quick. Like next day quick. The only complain I had was the laundry facility. Sometimes the washers would break leaving your clothes soaked so you would have to pay twice on a different machine. However there is a laundry mat right down the road. Overall 9/10 would recommend.

  Awesome apartments and staff/maintenance team they are great at what they do. Always keep us up-to-date and I definitely enjoy the monthly events to network with other tenants.
