  Job very well done. Excellent as a matter of fact! Edmond was very knowledgeable and all work done was done professionally. I have lived here for 15 years. The few times I have needed maintenance the results are always the same. Excellent work done professionally on time.

  Good spot to get to everywhere, friendly and caring management, dedicated upkeep, never any pests, and has a pool and dog park.

  We have lived here for almost a decade now and are only moving to a different city because my husband got a new job and it's 3 hours away. I wish we could bring our apartment with us! We love our neighbors and Debbie and Diane have always been so kind and helpful. The maintenance team is always on top of everything and we are truly going to miss living here. If you're looking for somewhere that is small, quiet, comfortable, and close to stores and everything this is 100% the place you want to pick.

  I have been very happy living at The Pines of Palos Verdes so far. The ladies at the office, Diane and Deb, are friendly and helpful. Edwin and Edgar with maintenance are efficient and kind. I have been very comfortable living here and I recommend these apartments if you are searching for a quiet, safe neighborhood!
