  Over the weekend, our hot water went out. Maintenance came out over the course of a few days to replace like 5 different failed parts, and every single time they were respectful, courteous, and got the job done as fast as possible, every single time. They had no way of knowing that many parts had gone bad, and even after i had to send in a request for the third time, they were very, very nice about it. Phenomenal team, they'll get you sorted out no matter how deep the problem goes. 10/10, glad we signed another year!

  Late Friday I turned in a ticket for the chain pull down for the ceiling fan. It had broken off when a friend pull on it. On Monday around 1000 am David came by and fixed it. David has always come across as friendly and Professional when I have had any interaction with him.
