I mentioned that the AC doesn't cool down the apartment to the required level as a functioning AC should. The maintenance came and replaced the filter in the apartment...said it's all fixed....are they serious??!! 2 stars they at least came out to look at the issue which previously didn't happen.

Still haven’t received my security deposit back after moving out 5 months ago. I have tried contacting the office many times both verbally and written, with nothing working. Absolutely terrible experience.

Avoid this place at all costs. Our experience was awful from start to finish. The apartment flooded, and the issue wasn't addressed promptly, causing damage to personal belongings. We also dealt with mold, roaches, broken outlets, and a dryer that didn't work, making the apartment feel unsafe and uninhabitable. To make matters worse, there was a fatal shooting at the complex while living there. After moving out, we were promised reimbursement for rent and fees, but we're still waiting. We have photos and videos documenting the condition of the apartment. One thing potential renters should know is that many of the five-star reviews appear to come from new residents who are encouraged to leave a review when they sign their lease. That doesn't reflect the experience we had living there. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Larkin Apartment Homes. They don't care and are so incredibly dishonest!
