  Avoid this place at all costs. Our experience was awful from start to finish. The apartment flooded, and the issue wasn't addressed promptly, causing damage to personal belongings. We also dealt with mold, roaches, broken outlets, and a dryer that didn't work, making the apartment feel unsafe and uninhabitable. To make matters worse, there was a fatal shooting at the complex while living there. After moving out, we were promised reimbursement for rent and fees, but we're still waiting. We have photos and videos documenting the condition of the apartment. One thing potential renters should know is that many of the five-star reviews appear to come from new residents who are encouraged to leave a review when they sign their lease. That doesn't reflect the experience we had living there. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Larkin Apartment Homes. They don't care and are so incredibly dishonest!

  Roaches. Roaches. ROACHES!!!! The infestation is so bad. They will not be in the unit once you tour but once you get moved in you see them everywhere even outside of the buildings and parking lot. I haven’t seen not one pest control person come in to spray! Management needs to tackle it as a WHOLE for every single building AND unit.

  A year and months living here first year was a disaster apartment flooded i decided to renew my lease and move to another apartment unit since new management wanted me to have an “good” experience with them . And so i gave it another try , it was my mistake trusting. New management again came along and things have been the same or worse. Roaches outside apartment found some inside we pay for pest control but have never seen anyone came in to do pest control or been told . When an appliance is damaged takes them months to repair or marked as “fixed” when they never did. been living in this new apartment unit for 3 months and my laundry appliances don’t work properly and also no hot water in my shower for the past 3 months. It’s stressful . Office closes before hours posted they have “will return “ signs posted a lot . It’s hard to get in contact with office when need assistance.

  Extremely disappointed and exhausting at times. management is nice and all but i’m am starting to hate the fact there’s lack of communication during certain things when something is wrong in the apartment or need assistance with something that’s been going on or wrong for months and not getting fixed or not been told about any updates to at least feel heard and SPECIALLY no one being in the office always having a “well be back sign” for and hour or so atleast 2-3times a day or act like no one is there . It’s frustrating also phone calls or atleast emails not being answered.
