My vehicle was booted due to what was clearly an administrative/system error. I provided proof (including confirmation emails) showing my car was properly registered in their VIP system. I spoke directly with the property manager, Mandy Reed , and shared all documentation. Despite this, no action was taken to resolve the issue, and I was left to go back and forth with their third-party towing/booting company on my own( Derek Amos & Landree Kaufman/Capital Tow, Inc.) As a resident, I should not have to deal with vendor issues—especially when I’ve already shown proof that I complied. The boot still has not been removed, and the situation remains unresolved. This experience has been extremely inconvenient and disappointing. I hope management improves how they handle situations like this in the future and takes more responsibility when errors occur.

She offered no apologies to the tenant, as she just quickly shut the door. Obviously someone is not paying attention at the front office, how embarrassing and how in the world is that missed? That just showed me how careless and that safety is not important to them. The hallways are super dark even at 3:30 in the afternoon. I can't imagine how dark it would be at night. You would need a flash light getting to your front door. Needless to say I will keep looking..
