  We been living here for almost 2 years now . And it was good at the beginning but now that I am moving out, there is so many issues . 1. The hallways are not cleaned like before & they supposedly do clean the fans and hallways which they DO NOT. The pest control people show up and spray, yet it does not work. So just get ready to pay for something that they will not do. We had a wasp nest at one point and they said we have to wait until pest control comes again ( which was 4 days wait time ) it was ridiculous. The wasp nest was outside our front door and in our path to get out and we ended up knocking it over ourselves. So get ready to clean outside as well. Same with the garages, they don’t give it to you clean. There was spider webs when I got it and just very very dusty. The key did not work to enter the storage, and had to have maintenance come get it fixed since it was not closing. Also just buy your own washer and dryer. They give you one but they break down later on and they want you to “purchase the piece since you broke it” when we been telling them that we wanted a new dryer since it was always having issues. But we ended up buying a dryer instead because they told us to wait 4 days and ended up being a week. And by that point we got a dryer and they picked up the other one. Another thing is their parking. If you have issues with registering, they basically do not help with this. Apparently there is only one account per apartment yet, I created an account for my car and so did my sister. So those profiles no longer exist and my car basically was booted. I had my car for over a year & the one DAY I left it OUTSIDE, they boot my car and it was $168. You have to pay that within 48 hours or else they charge an additional fee. On top of that, per the manager, they only check 2 CARS per day out of the ENTIRE apartment complex. So yeah I’m moving out here soon. Beware of also cockroaches. You will see some the first few weeks and come out more during the summer.
