  Luis Javier was absolutely fantastic!! He helped me get approved , took me through every step. All my questions were answered and he was so kind. Ready to move into my new home!

  Javier was one of the most welcoming and hospitable person I’ve met in a long time!! He made my tour very enjoyable, I came in already set on a diffrent location and only showed up cause I had a scheduled toured and figured “might as well look”. The place was nice and all but he really sold it with his kindness! He seemed to actually care about where we ended up! He was also managing to help multiple people in a way that never felt like I was being pushed aside for others but we were all being accommodated together! Good job Javier 👏👏

  We had a great tour with Javier! Upon entering the leasing office he instantly made us feel welcome and was patient with all of our questions.

  One of the worst apartments in McKinney , a lady in the front was the most rude to my pregnant wife and I . I found drugs in the parking lot , and almost every time I turned a corner in the apartments it’s smelled like old cats even dead cats. The lady in front was so rude and mean both of us. Worst experience I ever had. I walked by the pool and these kids were asking me if I was going to rent a place I said yes and they said no because it smells terribly old animal feces. When I had a few six or seven-year-olds, tell me that I knew it wasn’t a place to stay. I would restart the whole apartment before it shuts down. I even reported to THA is going to investigate it … go somewhere else please

  Absolutely foul.There is a lady in my building that has seven cats in it.Constantly reeks of cat feces and pee
