  Since I applied for the apartment I was worked with by Lori being that I work out of state and don’t have a lot of free time.. she worked with me through the whole process and has always been kind and helpful and always has a great attitude.. the complex itself is full of nice neighbors and is really peaceful. Thank you to everyone that works in the office

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an excellent experience working with Lori at Rincon Apartments in McAllen, TX. She helped us through the entire process of renting an apartment for our son, who attends UTRGV, and made everything incredibly easy and stress-free. Since we were not able to be there in person, Lori went above and beyond by giving us a detailed virtual tour of the apartment we were going to rent. She took the time to answer all of our questions, explained every step of the rental process, and guided us from beginning to end — all over the phone. Her professionalism, patience, and willingness to help really stood out. She made us feel comfortable and confident about renting the apartment even though we couldn’t be there physically. We truly appreciate everything Lori did for us and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an apartment at Rincon Apartments. Thank you, Lori, for making the whole process so smooth and easy! You went above and beyond! 👏🏼

  Our daughter moved there recently and Cindy in the office is very friendly, helpful and professional and the maintenance crew fixed the entire list of items within a week.

  If you are looking to view this community I would 100 percent recommend Cindy. She gave an amazing tour and will definitely be hearing from us again!

  Probably one of the most hassle-free, relaxing apartment communities I’ve lived in. Sandra, the office manager, and the rest of the administrative staff were always pleasant to interact with and very helpful whenever I needed something. I recently moved away, otherwise I would have renewed my lease. You’re making a smart choice if you decide to rent here. Great price to live in a small, peaceful community in an excellent central location.
