  My girlfriend and I were looking to move due to college. We contacted PMI and they had a lot of properties to offer. It was a quick and easy process to get an apartment rented. Once we moved in, the apartment was clean and exactly as they described. Thank you to the staff at PMI for making this moving process so easy for us.

  Left these people a voicemail about a family emergency and being unable to follow through with a holding deposit agreement. They now play stupid and claim they were communicative and didn’t get my message, and even though it’s only been 11 business days since my bank gave them the $850 holding deposit, PMI RGV claims I “loosed” it. Can’t even spell the word “lose” correctly, this shows their level of professionalism! BE CAREFUL doing business with this shady company. Thank you for stealing my money!

  I would highly recommend PMI RGV to any one. They are very helpful and very easy going. We have been renting with them for a year now and will continue to do so. They were wonderful at helping us find a home with in our budget and in a really nice neighborhood.

  I have rented with Gustavo Terrones for 10 months. Gustavo was prompt, professional and extremely courteous from our first encounter through today. He provided a most excellent service to a home I had inquired renting and we closed the deal on the same day. Every communication since has been within hours and always striving to help support any inquiry or need I have had.
