  ⭐️ 1 Star Communication throughout the entire home-buying process was HORRIBLE. We were repeatedly left without clear answers about important decisions that directly affected us, and things were communicated to us that ultimately turned out not to be true. The most upsetting part was being told in writing that I would be added to the deed/title. We relied on that information throughout the process, only to find out at closing that this was not actually the case. We were never clearly informed beforehand that there were additional requirements that could prevent this from happening. Buying a home is a HUGE financial and emotional commitment, and communication and transparency should be the bare minimum. Instead, we were left confused, blindsided, and extremely disappointed on the day we were supposed to be celebrating buying our first home. I understand that things can change during a transaction, but the problem is that we were not properly informed when those changes occurred. Had we been given accurate information from the beginning, we could have made informed decisions. This experience was incredibly frustrating and honestly took away from what should have been one of the happiest days of our lives.
