  Caution do-not lease from this apartment complex. We had a terrible experience. First we went and toured and it was amazing well the show apartment was, and decided to put a deposit down April 2026 for our daughter to move in on July 1st. I called 2 days prior to make sure the apartment was good to go and they had everything ready, and was told yes. We packed up and headed down 2 hours away for them to call me an hour into the drive and said the apartment wasn’t ready it needed to be cleaned. I said we are almost there with all of her belongings. We arrived waited two hours they said it was ready for us to go and the apartment was extremely dirty, rat poop in the pantry, and the walls had been patched and painted over with a different color. I brought this to their attention and said it could be fixed but they didn’t know when they would have the replacement drawer. The thing is we had the exact apartment number in April that she was moving into, and called days prior for them to not have it ready. I told them this was terrible and we would not be moving in. They told me I would get my deposit back and now they don’t answer my emails or calls. She never moved in and they should be in violation of the contract since the unit looked nothing like the showroom. I’m writing this and attaching pictures so maybe this will prevent others from dealing with this.

  I would like to request maintenance and cleaning for Building 5. The lights in the building have been broken for months, and I have been patiently waiting for these issues to be addressed. I have sent several emails and have also gone in person multiple times, but the issues have still not been resolved. I kindly ask that the building be thoroughly cleaned,maintenance be completed, and the broken lights be repaired as soon as possible. The lack of lighting is a security concern, especially at night, and the building is also very dirty and needs attention

  Had my car illegally towed here and they still have not done anything about it since it happened. I decided it was time to get a carport with the 100 degree days stacking on top of each other, so i had got one finally and signed off the paperwork for it. I park there and relax in my apartment since its the weekend. I have an appointment the next day around 5, and as I am walking down to my car, i notice someone elses car is in my carport, and my car is missing. I talk to management and they said they have no idea why it would happen. Come to find out they "allegedly " offered the woman who towed my car the carport for free as a renewal on their lease. Later on when going through legal documents, I find out that the carport was never assigned to the woman in the system, and legally the carport was mine. So i come back to the office the next day to clear up any confusion and they do not want to sign any paperwork that my attorney assigned me, and they said that they would get back to me on an incentive for the matter. 48 hours later and I still have not heard a thing about the situation. Also, the very next day, the lady who towed my car is parked in a carport next to mine now??? So if that carport was available why did they not assign me that carport in the first place? The hallways are always dirty and have liquid trash stains all over them I had to move out of my old apartment because they had a really bad roach problem There have been many cars stolen or broken into since ive lived here The gates have been broken for 2 years now. No explanation behind it and never fixed, just permanently open now for some reason, and the back gate exit is always broken. And the pool is never fixed. I feel each time i want to go for a swim, it is broken and i have to wait weeks if not months to go to the pool, and by then the pool season is already over. 10/10 do not recommend moving here unless it is a dire emergency that you need an apartment. Over priced, and too many issues with management and the amenities provided from the apartment.

  This condo is very dirty, the pool isn't working properly, the mail center ins't secure and packages get stolen and the staff is very incompetent.
