  The Grand at Manor has been a wonderful place to call home. The community is clean, well-maintained, and quiet, which makes it perfect for families. The leasing office staff are friendly and responsive, always quick to help with maintenance requests or any questions.

  The grand at manor is a lovely place to stay , beautiful great environment not too far from anything , the staff is great always ! One of my favorite things about this place is the gym and the other amenities that come with staying here ! Also very quiet no problems whatsoever since I been here

  Good apartment so far , lived here for 3 years. Management is quite responsive with requests and always try to help when they can. Management gave me a great deal on a one bedroom for extending my lease. Amenities like the pool ,grill stations and gym are good for my daughter and I because we enjoy them on the weekends. Fairly quiet place to live and rest from the busy city. Close to HEB,Walmart and a chain of restaurants and stores newly opened on US 290. Easily accessible to the toll roads and services roads to go into town or the city.
