    The apartment complex recently changed management, and there has been a noticeable change in the overall service quality. The previous management was very responsive and efficient in handling issues, while the current management seems less consistent in addressing residents’ concerns. Cleanliness has also declined, and the elevators are not always maintained to a satisfactory standard. In addition, the swimming pools have not been properly cleaned or well maintained, even during the summer season, which is disappointing for residents who would like to use the facilities. When we reach out to management, the communication has not always been as helpful or solution-focused as expected. Overall, the property still has good potential, but improvements in maintenance and responsiveness would make a significant difference in residents’ experience.

    Lately, I've become dissatisfied with the overall management and upkeep of this apartment community. One of my biggest concerns is the lack of attention given to the cleanliness of the property. The hallways are often covered in dust and stained floors, and the parking lot and other shared spaces could benefit from more consistent maintenance. If residents are expected to follow community rules and pay rent on time and in full, I believe management should also make every effort to maintain the property to a high standard. I've also had several interactions with Daniela in the leasing office that left me disappointed. When I've approached her with questions regarding billing or lease-related matters, she has often come across as unwelcoming and dismissive. Good customer service goes a long way in creating a positive living experience, and I feel there is significant room for improvement. Additionally, I recently received an email about items being thrown over patios shortly after my girlfriend innocently tossed my dog's toy down for retrieval. While I understand the importance of enforcing community rules, the timing made it feel as though our household was being singled out for something harmless, which came across as unnecessary and petty. I want to emphasize that I truly enjoyed living here when Hanna and Mackenzie were part of the leasing team. They consistently provided exceptional customer service and made residents feel valued and respected. My hope is that management will focus not only on enforcing community rules but also on improving customer service and taking greater accountability for the cleanliness and overall condition of the property.

    The apartments themselves are nice, but management and maintenance do a poor job of keeping the community clean. The floors throughout the building are always dirty, and the elevators are regularly unclean and full of gnats and flies. For a property that is supposed to be maintained professionally, the common areas should be cleaned much more frequently. The residents also contribute to the problem by leaving trash where it doesn’t belong and not taking care of shared spaces. Unfortunately, management does not seem proactive about addressing these issues or enforcing community standards. If having a clean living environment is important to you, I would think twice before leasing here. There is a noticeable lack of attention to cleanliness and upkeep in the common areas. And yes the stains in the picture is from garbage juice and yes it stinks in there. If I was looking to rent here and it looked like this I would run far away from this place. I can’t wait till my lease is up.

    Tuve mucha decepcion en este condominio el personal no es para nada amable, te exigen pagar el deposito junto con la aplicacion que son de 500 dolares(2 apartamentos) supuestamente por promocion te cobran una sola aplicacion y en caso de que no te acepten te dicen que te tienen que cobrar las dos aplicaciones y que del deposito de 500 dolares solo te van a devolver 450, da lastima que en una comunidad supuestamente para clase trabajadora trabajen personas tan incompetence, ademas te dicen que no te pueden ayudar si tienes dudas en la aplicacion hasta que no pagues de veras tuve una experiencia horrible

    El complejo muy bueno, tremenda comodidad y confort, pero muy mala experiencia para poder rentar un apartamento, se demoran mucho en aprobar la solicitud, mi recomendación dacion, todo aquel inquilino que tenga un salario medio oh por encima no valla a tratar de alquilar porque no serás bien recibido, se pasan 2 semanas averiguando
