  My wife and I were the very first residents of this new community in December 2023, and our experience started off strong — but unfortunately, ended in complete disappointment due to mismanagement and lack of professionalism. We moved out on March 30, 2025, after fulfilling our lease obligations, hiring professional cleaners, and documenting the property’s condition thoroughly. Despite scheduling a move-out inspection with management (Chelston Mbakwe), no one showed up, and we were told we’d receive a final itemized statement and refund of our deposit within 30 days, per Texas law. That never happened! We followed up multiple times, only to be met with excuses, vague explanations, and ultimately, silence. More than 30 days later, we have not received a deposit refund, not received any final statement, and have also been denied reimbursement of $143.27, which we were overcharged during our final month’s rent — a charge management could never explain. This kind of delay, lack of communication, and disregard for tenants’ rights is unacceptable and illegal. As responsible residents, we expected better — especially as the very first tenants of the community. Instead, we were left feeling ignored, disrespected, and financially mistreated. We’ve filed a formal complaint with the Texas Attorney General and are pursuing small claims action. Sadly, we cannot recommend this community to anyone based on how poorly we were treated during our move-out. Do not consider this place if you want to being treated and have this happen to you. Judging by other reviews, we weren't the only ones that have been mistreated, overcharged and ignored.

  I am extremely disappointed with the management team in this community. It's nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone to address concerns or issues. Residents consistently leave their trash and recycling bins out every day of the week, and despite occasional emails requesting better upkeep, management takes no action. Additionally, cars regularly park in restricted areas, including fire lanes, and once again, management fails to address this. While the townhomes are beautiful, it's clear that once you're settled in, you're essentially on your own when it comes to maintaining the community.

  This was one of the best and easiest moving experiences in my life and trust they have been a few. Everyone was so nice and helpful and the town homes are not only aesthetically pleasing but they are so cozy and immediately feel like home

  Noelle made move-in as easy as possible for my wife and I - she was SUPER helpful and always available to answer any questions I had! Definitely the best move-in experience I've ever had at a rental property. The property itself is nice - modern appliances, clean look and feel, and is in a pretty great location. Very easy to get into the city or to the vineyards, green spaces, etc. We made a great decision moving here, in my opinion. Thank you again for everything, Noelle!
