- JPJacey PowersAug 26, 20261.0My house is not even 5 years Old!!! This has to be the worst place ever to buy a house!! 10/10 do not recommend! They rush building your house, is not even finished when brought to your land! I’ve had to replace some many things due to them rushing to build the house and them not installing things correctly and now I’ve learned that my AC unit was installed wrong and now having to replace that simply because it was not installed right!!
- ATAdrienne TrevinoJun 5, 20265.0I made an appointment (which should be done if you want one on one attention). Brent is the best. No pressure, no crazy sales pitch, just questions getting answered. I had a great time and Brent has a wonderful personality. THIS is how things need to get done in sales, it's all about knowing the customer, and not having to pressure them. Brent, you sir, are awesome, hoping to do business with you in the future.

- MSMz SlimJan 11, 20243.0Sells person was excellent, but the repair guy made items that needed fixing looked worst than what the factory had did from the beginning. Nail holes not covered, trim posing back off after he renailed them. Started fixing things myself. All I asked him to do was put trim around island legs at top, instead he took ALL the trim off and redid it now it looks worst. Bathroom trim in by window had came lose and was hanging , checked after he left only two nails were secured he.missed the wooden seam in the wall so I had to secure it right. Stopped calling for repairs, instead doing them myself.
