Being an 18 year old not really knowing how to navigate signing a lease, the Troubadour team was beyond helpful to my roommates and I! I am so excited to live there and be apart of this.

It's awesome to find an apartment so close to campus that has very reasonable rent. The floor plans are spacious and many amenities. Being able to do all paperwork from my phone was amazing. Was even able to pay a few months ahead. Having secured such an outstanding apartment for next year is a relief.

Very welcoming from the moment we walked in with immediate acknowledgment. The team there was very responsive to our questions and took us through the the whole virtual tour. Overall excellent experience!

We really loved our visit to The Troubadour showroom. Gabe & Natasia were great and encouraged us to visit as they gave us a brief overview of the property and showed us where the building is going up near campus. The showroom staff member was amazing and walked us through the property amenities and various floor plans. We were even able to try out some of the furniture and see the kitchen setup. Our son is excited about the opportunity to lease here in fall 2027 with some of his fellow classmates.
