  If you're looking for a realtor who truly goes above and beyond, I can't recommend Tony Lloyd enough. My sister and I live out of the area, so selling our mom's house could have been a very stressful process. Instead, he made everything so much easier. He handled every detail, from coordinating the repairs that needed to be completed before the house was listed to making sure everything was done right. We never had to worry because we knew he was taking care of it. Throughout the entire process, he was patient, kind, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable—not just about the housing market, but about every aspect of real estate. He always took the time to answer our questions and explain our options, which gave us so much confidence. We are so grateful for everything he did for our family. His professionalism, honesty, and dedication made all the difference, and we would recommend him without hesitation to anyone buying or selling a home.

  Tony and his team are top notch! We used him when it came time to sell our current home. He used his expertise to tell us what we needed to do to get top dollar. We followed his advice and it paid up just like he said it would. Then when we were ready to buy he again led the charge and found us exactly what we needed and we couldn’t be happier where we are now. It was his knowledge, patience, and determination that got us where we are. The entire team were beside us, helping us every step of both processes. It was a smooth transaction and I know it’s due to all the work behind the scenes making it possible. 10/10 we always recommend. We are looking forward to working With Tony and his team again with my in laws sale.

  Tony was a fantastic realtor, and I would continue to recommend his services. Tony treats everyone like family, which is warm and inviting on what can be such a difficult journey. He will put all of himself into your home search, and will answer calls any time, any day. When looking at houses, he gives honest advice to help you make an educated decision, but he will let you make the decision yourself. He's present and supportive every step of the way, including after closing! He was highly recommended for my first home search by someone who has been through multiple, and it's for a good reason. He also is very active in the national/regional organizations, which builds a lot more confidence that he truly knows what he's doing, a leader among peers. His team is also very helpful, and they maintain regular communication to get you to closing.

  The Tony Lloyd team goes above and beyond to help/service their customers in clients. I referred them buyers and sellers quite a bit. I’ve never had one that wasn’t over. The top thrilled with their service. You guys are doing a great job and Zach you knock it out of the park on all the rehabs.
