  Terri helped me get everything set up for my new rental! She was friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions promptly, whether it be through email, phone, or text. She kept me updated throughout the process. I would definitely recommend!

  Michelle and Terri both have helped us throughout our move-in process and have been absolutely amazing, even going out of their way to compensate odd requests for us. I swear I have texted or called 1,000 times in the last few weeks, but each time either of them are more than happy to answer any questions I may have. We are so excited to move in and have Rent-LBK as our property management. By-far some of the best I’ve worked with in Lubbock!

  The whole team made my leasing, move in and all aspects of finding a new place seamlessly easy. Terri did an amazing job helping my roommates and I figure everything out when we were all in different parts of the state and even adjusted certain parts of our lease when we had implications come up. Looking forward to staying here!

  My experience with RentLBK has been great so far! I had a smooth move-in process, something I was initially worrying about considering the unit was in a smaller town. Terri Mendoza was very responsive and helpful with all the pre-move in and maintenance questions I had.
