  Jet has helped answer all my questions, is incredibly transparent and insightful and has helped me in a pinch on getting measurements more than once. He’s always helped me understand the appraisal process and made it simple with his vast knowledge and experience in this field. He’s done an incredible job of maintaining relationships with realtors to help better educate in this field and that’s something I appreciate about him. He’s always my first call when I have an appraisal related question and will continue to be.

  I have worked with Hub City Appraisals as a Realtor for about three years both intentionally through ARV appraisals, pre-appraisals and passively whenever they pick up an appraisal for various lenders in Real Estate transactions. The owner Jet, is a great person and consummate professional. Through his work he continues to be a pillar of the Lubbock community. Can’t recommend enough.
