However, Pulte failed to disclose that our New section was not able to receive mail or get Internet and we’ve been in our home for seven days with no Internet or mail for the foreseeable future. They provided a crappy hotspot which does not let you stream or use baby monitors or anything on it and management field to disclose this before closing I found out on my own. It’s wild that they were allowed to close people when this has not been fixed the director of land development, whose team was at fault here was absolutely rude condescending and not helpful.

His guidance and responsiveness made all the difference. Eric, our construction manager, has also been outstanding. He’s taken the time to walk us through every step of the construction process, explaining everything clearly and making us feel confident and informed along the way. You can truly tell he cares about both the quality of the home and the experience of his clients. What stood out the most was how seamlessly everyone worked together. Steve and Eric were in great communication and collaborated so well with our realtor, Brendan and his team which made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. We’re so excited to start this new chapter in our home as our family continues to grow.
