  I wanted to come here to share with anyone out there looking for a new home, Edgewater is the place! Every morning is peaceful waking up and getting ready to work! Especially with the maintenance crew giving the motivation to go get it! Also big shout to Presleigh for any assistance I need she’s there! Shoutout to Edgewater

  I’ve had a really positive experience with the team at Edgewater Apartments. The office staff are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. Presleigh especially is super sweet and easy to talk to. The property is well kept and the maintenance team is responsive too.

  Well you asked me how we are doing in a an email well here you are. WONDEFUL maintenance staff and property it clean and quiet. Your office staff could care less. We pay for a gated community and the gates never work, you fix them they work for a day and then they are broke again. I had a talk with the office last night about my apartment smelling like weed and the response I got was "well we arent a smoke free complex". They even admitted to me they had complaints about that in our building. HERE'S A THOUGHT INSPECT EACH APARTMENT AND FIND OUT WHO IT IS. I asked them to come to place and I was told no. Ask around the only thing keeping people here are your maintenance staff again they are wonderful. All I got was we'll send out an email. If I come home again to my apartment smelling to where I can't breathe I will call corporate. I have breathing issues and are getting ready to have major surgery I don't need to smell this crap.

  Terrible management. Terrible communication. Edit:Due to their response... This has already been discussed in detail between me, a team member, and management. I had contacted the office before anything was to become an issue, only for them to admit that my question for having something paid on time "slipped through the cracks", which resulted in me having to pay a late fee even though I asked about it days prior and was waiting a response. There was conflicting information giving to me by the team member and management. I was only trying to pay what was owed and asked them for direction. I was not given clear direction until after the fact and the late fee was sent out to me.
