  I strongly advise against living in this complex. Management constantly looks for ways to impose unjustified fees on residents who take excellent care of their apartments. Upon moving, we were charged an extra $400 for alleged damage to the stove. As shown in the attached photo , the stove functions perfectly and only shows normal cosmetic wear and tear, which does not justify such an abusive charge. Even worse is the deplorable sanitary condition in which they delivered our new unit. As shown in the photo , the refrigerator/ice maker was infested with dead flies and insects, and the tap water came out contaminated with bugs. Being pregnant, and unaware of the contamination in the dark of night, I drank this water. This is a case of severe negligence that put my health and my baby's life at risk due to the imminent threat of a serious infection. Their disrespect for tenants' money, combined with a total disregard for basic health and safety standards, makes this place unacceptable. Avoid moving here at all costs.

  The first day walking into the apartment complex I was greeted by Evelyn she’s soo sweet and welcoming. I toured a couple apartments and it went good. The move in process went smooth and I’m satisfied I got approved quick with no hassle. Thank you station at old town and thank you Evelyn!

  I just moved in and I am so excited to be here. The staff is absolutely amazing and my apartment is perfect. I couldn’t have made a better choice on a place to live.

  My husband and I have spent 2 years here and honestly I have nothing but amazing things to say about this complex. If it wasn’t because we had to move for location reasons, we would’ve stayed here a long time. From the first day we came for a tour and throughout our entire stay this complex has exceeded our expectations. First the cleanliness. We always see cleaners cleaning the hallways, outside and even the dog wash(which is also a great perk) It was always kept clean and smelled nice in the hallways. Even though they switched management while we were here, the great customer service never changed. The amenities were beautiful and modern, so much outdoor space to sit, hang out and inside. Maintenance always resolved our issues quickly. Having a parking garage was a great perk also. The apartments are beautiful, spacious and modern. I loved the style of the two tone cabinets as well. For me the only con was the key fob system. While it’s great for safety, it made deliveries difficult after office hours. Other than that, no complaints. This really has been an amazing place to live and we will miss this place.
