  Friendly, but crooked. Not enough staff. Rude, unprofessional. Has now left me without A/C OR A FRIDGE. FOR ONE MONTH WHILE TRYING TO EVICT ME!Management is well evil 😈 😳 😐 😕 😒

  This complex is a towing racket. They somehow don't own their own parking lot? The towing company demands a bunch of information just so you can park your car. Their mobile app doesn't work. Their customer service is terrible. The staff won't answer calls. Nobody knows what is going on. The AI assistant will make you want to swallow lead.

  So I've been living there for almost a year now(August would make it!) And ive had nothing but an amazing experience! The community is extremely friendly as well as the office staff; shout out to Jonathan in particular👌 If youre choosing your temporary stay or your new home, Somerset is the place to be☺️

  We had a viewing here and was told the unit we saw was ready to move in now but there was dead bugs on the floors and she just pretended they weren't there. I really wanted to live here with the sunrooms and patios but absolutely not. GROSS

  Every other day the water gets turned off for the last 6+months.... I have emails dated back to June 2025. In denial about the RAT problem(I have pics/video's). Won't address it either. If anyone knows a good lawyer for these issues? Please, I lived here for 2 years and the front office just ignores tentants w/ concerns. Forget calling Western Wealth Community, automated and only connect you back to your complex to the people who already dismiss your concern. Just let anyone who is thinking about moving here DON'T ! It will be an ongoing migraine doesn't fade away...
