  While the onsite management and office staff are genuinely kind and pleasant to deal with, I cannot recommend living here if you enjoy having guests over. The visitor parking and towing situation is predatory and absurdly expensive. During move-in, residents are told additional parking passes after the three free ones cost $3–$5. In reality, extra passes cost over $12 per 24 hours after tax—rates you would expect in a downtown city lot, not your own apartment complex. On top of that, the guest registration system is needlessly complex. The contracted towing company sits in the lot waiting to tow cars within less than an hour of parking, offering zero grace period, warnings, or tickets. My guest has been towed twice simply for forgetting to immediately register on a system they otherwise regularly use. While parking enforcement is necessary for residents, this setup feels strictly designed to profit off minor mistakes rather than serve the community. Until management implements fair guest parking rates and curb these aggressive towing tactics, beware if you plan on having visitors.

  How these apartments aren't condemned I'll never understand. Rats, uncontrolled roaches. Exterminator says needs inside the wall treated but apartments won't pay for that. Monthly if not weekly water shut-offs because bad plumbing, that needs updated. Sticky countertops that just get painted every time someone moves out.

  It's ok. The 1st few months of being here a couple of the drawers came apart. The AC sucks, it's so hot in here.

  Friendly, but crooked. Not enough staff. Rude, unprofessional. Has now left me without A/C OR A FRIDGE. FOR ONE MONTH WHILE TRYING TO EVICT ME!Management is well evil 😈 😳 😐 😕 😒
