  These people are horrible. We went to court and fought the maintenance charges they like to spring on residents because they run the place completely backwards. The judge threw it out and could totally see through it, just like everyone else. What a joke. They waste people’s time and hard-earned money, then try to make things up to cover their own wrongdoings. Bad look all around. What’s really pathetic is being emergency evacuated from one apartment, only to move into another with a leaking sink pipe. We literally kept a bowl under it because we didn’t even want to deal with management anymore. Save yourself the stress and pass on this place.

  We had a viewing here and was told the unit we saw was ready to move in now but there was dead bugs on the floors and she just pretended they weren't there. I really wanted to live here with the sunrooms and patios but absolutely not. GROSS

  Every other day the water gets turned off for the last 6+months.... I have emails dated back to June 2025. In denial about the RAT problem(I have pics/video's). Won't address it either. If anyone knows a good lawyer for these issues? Please, I lived here for 2 years and the front office just ignores tentants w/ concerns. Forget calling Western Wealth Community, automated and only connect you back to your complex to the people who already dismiss your concern. Just let anyone who is thinking about moving here DON'T ! It will be an ongoing migraine doesn't fade away...

  Do not stay here!! This place has black mold and do not respond to maintenance request. They charge for normal wear of the apartment. The staff is rude and do t care about your wellbeing. They told me it was a paint charge in my lease but it’s not listed. They will try to charge you for everything! I’m glad I moved out! If there was a 0 on the review I would have gave them a ZERO. Don’t stay here it’s a horrible place to stay.
