  Platinum was such a great experience at first! Leasing agents assisted me with out of state move and were VERY personable/family oriented. Been a resident since March & a lot of improvements have been done to the property as well! However, there is a huge issue with Pigeons in pool/balconies! I had to get a pressure washer to self maintain but maintenance will come and scrape it off… nothing thorough! Kinda sucks not enjoying my patio without additional purchases. I wouldn’t say this is “Luxury”. My water smells like fart & when I put in a request, maintenance only replaced the bathroom faucet covers and told me to pour bleach in the drains. I specifically asked for an expert! ALSO, There was a management change recently and tenants were never notified…Boy did I find out when my Jeep was illegally towed from one of the normal spots! Apparently all records were not properly transferred over which was nothing can help. The office did call the tow company & make sure that they released the vehicle to me FREE of charge. More crazy for you! They provided me with the incorrect lot which resulted in me paying for about $100 in ubers. The layouts are nice but tread lightly when it comes to mgmt/staff.

  I live at 5200 W. Haven Apartments PLATINUM CASTLE HILL the office assistant was very helpful and professional. I had to get a new fob and he ended up giving me a new file to Ashley work. Keep up the good work Mr. Chris thank you so much.

  I have been living in Platinum Castle Hills for almost 3 years, and our recent experience during an emergency has been extremely frustrating. Since June 9, we reported an active structural water leak in the closet of one of the bedrooms. Management removed the carpet and left the concrete exposed for more than two weeks, which created an unbearable smell of dampness and mold. The affected room is my children’s room, and one of them has asthma. For weeks, the local office did not take the matter with the seriousness it required. Yesterday, when we raised the need for an emergency transfer because the space had become uninhabitable, they tried to require bank statements, additional fees, and a higher rent from us, as if we were new customers. This is completely unacceptable, considering that the problem originated from a structural failure in the building itself. Today, June 23, and only after our constant insistence, they finally sent technicians to inspect the roof and the exterior drainage systems. Additionally, we have incurred electricity costs due to the continuous use of a portable heater and an industrial fan for several days as part of the drying process. Management committed to finishing the repairs yesterday and, although the workers in charge considered the job complete, they simply put the same carpet back in the closet. The carpet was left loose, without the proper backing or padding underneath, which raises concerns about the quality and durability of the repair, especially because when you move out they want to charge you for everything. On Saturday the 27th, we sent an email asking them to let us know whether the carpet would remain like that, and we have not received a response; I imagine we have to wait until Monday. We should not have had to endure weeks of negligence, unsafe conditions, and health risks before a problem that is clearly structural was finally addressed.

  BUGS, DRUGS, AND DIRT BIKES As the former regional manager stated, "These apartments were luxurious 10 years ago." When I moved in, my apartment was not properly cleaned, and several appliances were either broken or not functioning. After repeated attempts to have these issues addressed, it ultimately took reaching out to the company's CEO before repairs were made. Since then, the overall quality of living has continued to decline. Management tolerates dirt bike riding throughout the property, trash bags are left outside units all night/ weekend and residents frequently smoke marijuana in stairwells, on patios, and inside apartments. Due to the construction and condition of the buildings, odors easily travel between units, yet complaints about the issue have gone largely unaddressed. The new manager has emotional responses and is not professional, if you complain she advises you to "vacate the property". If you're looking for a clean, quiet, and well-maintained community, I would strongly encourage you to compare nearby apartment complexes. Many offer a better living experience at a similar price point.
