Monse show me the unit I rented out and when moving in the unit was even better than when I saw it the 1st time. She was patient with me and helped me get approved fast since I needed to move inn soo. Sweetest girl in the office, and the only one that answers calls and emails
I loveee the property manager, Jennifer! She’s so helpful, and her whole team is amazing as well. I just love them! They’re always available and willing to help whenever I need anything. Definitely appreciate having such a great management team!

Monserrat is absolutely wonderful! She is always so friendly, helpful, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. She truly does an exceptional job and makes you feel welcomed and valued. Even my kids love her they stop by everyday to say hey and talk to her. She has a warm and welcoming personality, and we really appreciate everything she does. She is definitely an asset to the community. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING.

I toured with Monse recently and it did not disappoint. The place is clean, well-maintained, and you can tell they take real pride in it. What really stood out was the team itself. Monse and her crew were the sweetest and most outgoing people — so warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in. They made the whole tour feel easy and comfortable, answered all my questions, and genuinely seemed to care. If you're looking for friendly, professional people who clearly love what they do, I can't recommend Monse enough!

Luxury? Not Quite... But It Has Potential.
After living here for less than a month, I'd say this community has a lot going for it. However, there are also some preventable issues that corporate leadership should address.
**Pros:**
* Spacious floor plans that feel more like a townhome than an apartment.
* Great community layout.
* Beautiful warm wood finishes throughout.
* In-unit washer and dryer.
* Friendly and responsive staff.
**Cons:**
Within the first month alone, I've had to submit multiple maintenance requests, including:
* A/C not cooling during the first week after move-in (fixed quickly, thankfully).
* Peeling paint above the shower that appeared to be moisture-related.
* Both bathroom faucets leaking; one during the first week and the second a couple of weeks later.
* A smoke detector in the main hallway constantly beeping from a low battery.
There have also been pest concerns. I understand it's Texas in the summer, so some activity is expected, but ants in the bathroom and kitchen cabinets suggest there may be underlying sealing or structural issues. We've managed the problem ourselves so far. The wasps have also been an issue. Can't really enjoy the balcony. There are also pigeon nests in the gutters throughout the property, which seems like something worth addressing before it becomes a larger maintenance issue.
My biggest piece of feedback for corporate leadership is to invest in more thorough pre-move-in inspections, not just new carpeting and painting. Many of these issues could have been caught before residents received their keys. Doing so would improve the resident experience while also reducing redundant work for the maintenance team.
No apartment community is perfect, and I don't expect perfection. However, a property marketed as "luxury" should have stronger quality control before move-in.
**Would I recommend it?**
As of July 2026, yes—but with some caution. The apartments themselves are great, and the staff has been pleasant to work with thus far. If management focuses on preventative maintenance and quality assurance, this community could absolutely live up to its potential.
