- CSCarol SmithJan 13, 20265.0I have lived here for ten years. I feel safe here which is important. The staff are wonderful. Kecia went above and beyond for me around Thanksgiving. I ended up with 8 packages and could not carry them all. Kecia grabbed the golf cart, drove me to my Apt and helped carry the pkgs up to my Apt. Just one example on how the staff is always there to help. Love living here.

- LMLais McKinneyJan 22, 20201.0It's a awesome place while you're living there but BE AWARE when you're moving out, because I wasn't there when they looked at the apartment when I moved out, they charged me $800,00 for a carpet change and fees for cleaning service when I had paid professionals to shampoo and clean the apartment after a moved out. Ps ( single, no smoking, no pets) When I dropped off the key I gave them the new address so they could send my deposit but guess what THEY NEVER DID ! and after 3 months I got a bill of $1,200. MAKE THEM SIGN THE INSPECTION AFTER YOU LEAVE otherwise they will create fake repairs to charge you .

The community is gated which was important to us & has a very nice staff, one of the maintenance members were in the office when we came & he was super nice too. I can’t wait to move in - thank you for making the move process a lot easier! We can’t wait to move in!!!
