  Five-star service Kayley! I locked myself out at 6 PM, and she came to my rescue immediately after a long workday to let me into my apartment. She is consistently amazing, helpful, and I truly appreciate everything she has done for me in the past and lately. Thank you, Kayley!

  The community is beautiful but the apartments themselves have issues. The walls have cracks and there are issues with pest control. My AC broke earlier this year and it took them 2 months to fix it after me going to the office multiple times to complain weekly. I wish the weekly visit was an exaggeration but it’s not. Fall of last year they moved in a neighbor across from me who smokes (cigarillos and sometimes weed) and every time my neighbor smokes, my entire apartment smells like it. I’ve reported it several times and they do nothing about it even though the community claims to be smoke free. Overall it’s very unfortunate because I truly do love the location and the community itself. But unless you’re okay with getting a hood experience for almost 2K a month, my advice is to keep looking.

  I’ve had a great experience working with Jace Wagley as my property manager. She is professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is handled smoothly. Any concerns or maintenance requests are addressed quickly, and communication is always clear and respectful. Jace does an excellent job of making tenants feel valued and taken care of, which really makes a difference. Her attention to detail and commitment to providing quality service truly stand out. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated property manager.

  I recently toured and I was extremely impressed with both the community and the team. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. Caitlin did an excellent job walking me through the community and answering all of my questions. She explained everything clearly, was patient, and genuinely seemed to care about finding the right fit rather than just making a sale. Jace and the rest of the team were also very friendly and made the experience feel relaxed and informative. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained, but what really stood out was the team’s energy. It made a huge difference in how confident I felt about the community. This was my last tour after looking for weeks so I was already tired but as soon as I walked in I could feel this was the place! Overall, one of the best touring experiences I’ve had—highly recommend scheduling a tour if you’re considering moving.

  This HVAC system is terrible! I would not tell anybody to move her me because some days ur air or heat works and some days it don’t! This is horrible!
