Do not move here. From my experience, the management here does not really care for their tenants wellbeing or take you seriously. I moved in February of this year and immediately after began to feel sick. I went to the doctor several times between then and May for recurring respiratory issues, and my health continued to decline rapidly. I developed severe asthma which I’ve never had before in my life. Come to find, there was mold all throughout the HVAC system in our apartment, especially in our bathroom vent. Their response to this was to send their maintenance foreman to come into our apartment, not even bother to look inside the vents or investigate this thoroughly, and immediately dismiss it saying it’s dust not mold because he “couldn’t smell it”. Look at the pictures and tell me that’s not mold. Ariel, the manager, continued to dismiss it saying “Well since the maintenance guy said it’s not mold, then it’s not mold.” He wasn’t even in our apartment for more than 10 minutes, half that time he was arguing with us that he couldn’t smell any mold. Ariel even had the AUDACITY to tell me through email that it was my allergies making me sick, as if she knows me and as if I don’t know my own health. That in itself was completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from a manager. We had to hire and pay for a third party mold testing company to come in to test and have the evidence it was indeed mold. Thankfully they let us out at that point with the proof, but not after those weeks of dismissive behavior.
I’ve never felt so mistreated by a property in my life. The short months I was here were hell to my physical health and my husband and I were dismissed and disrespected too many times by management. The other ladies in the office at least were kinder to us and tried to work with us through this difficult situation, but Ariel’s behavior and responses were rude and unacceptable.
My advice to you is to stay away from renting at this complex. Mold illness is nothing to be so careless about, and the people in charge here don’t care at all.
Within two hours of my AC going out, it was fixed. The crescent Cove Apartments maintenance staff is always super responsive and I’ve always done the job right the first time. If you’re looking for an apartment, this is the place to be. It’s beautiful well maintained. The leasing staff and the maintenance staff are top-tier

***Editing review after their response!!!***
That is exactly my point. Your response focused heavily on details that supported the decision to tow, while completely avoiding the actual concern I raised — the lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and refusal to provide any meaningful escalation path during a time-sensitive situation.
At no point did I dispute that policies exist or that parking enforcement may have been warranted. My concern was the way the situation was handled afterward and the manner in which I was spoken to by onsite management.
The public response also felt selective and defensive rather than solution-oriented. Instead of acknowledging concerns regarding communication and professionalism, the focus became justifying the tow while omitting the experience that led to the complaint in the first place.
As someone who works in the industry myself, I understand policies can be enforced while still treating people respectfully and providing appropriate escalation channels. That is ultimately where this experience fell short.
***original review below***
Absolutely unacceptable experience dealing with Crescent Cove at Lakepointe and their management company, Management Support.
A visitor vehicle was towed, and instead of helping resolve the situation, staff refused to provide any meaningful escalation path or corporate contact information. Every hour that passes adds more storage fees, yet management insists communication must stay through email “for documentation purposes,” while simultaneously taking forever to respond.
As someone who works in property management myself, I fully understand policies, parking enforcement, and lease expectations. What I do NOT understand is the complete lack of urgency, customer service, or accountability when a situation needs immediate attention.
Policies are one thing. Hiding behind them while avoiding actual communication is another.
If you live here or plan to visit someone here, be extremely careful where you park because apparently customer service and reasonable resolution are not priorities once your vehicle is behind the tow gate. Also, the Community Manager is extremely condescending! Avoid her at all costs!
The terrible maintenance in the complex has air conditioning condensation from all floors running into a single drain on the bottom floors, causing massive puddle that fills the whole floor with water.

I lived here for a year, and while my stay during the lease was manageable, the way management handled my move-out was completely unacceptable and honestly feels like a money grab.
My lease ended on a Sunday. I left the apartment in very clean condition. Based on what I was told when I moved in, I believed the leasing office was closed on Sundays, so I returned the keys first thing Monday morning at 10 AM.
I was charged for one extra day—which is fine. But adding a $100 “late fee” on top of that is completely unjustified. The bill was posted on Sunday, and I returned the keys at the earliest possible time the next day. Charging a late fee in this situation feels deliberately exploitative.
When I tried to question this, the manager on duty was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of explaining anything, she escalated the situation and asked me to leave. That level of unprofessional behavior says a lot about how this place is run.
Then comes the worst part: I was hit with over $500 in additional charges for “cleaning” and bathtub replacement. This is absurd. I thoroughly cleaned the apartment before leaving, and even the inspection photos don’t show any damage that justifies these charges. It genuinely feels like they are inventing reasons to bill former tenants.
They also charged me $20 per trash bag for three small bags I left after cleaning. I paid for valet trash service throughout my lease, yet somehow I’m still being charged for basic trash removal at move-out. At this point, it’s clearly not about rules—it’s about squeezing extra money out of tenants.
To be blunt, this feels predatory. Everything after move-out—from fees to communication—has been handled in a way that lacks transparency, fairness, and basic professionalism.
I would strongly warn anyone considering leasing here: be extremely careful. Document everything, take pictures, and don’t assume you’ll be treated fairly when you move out.
I also experienced moments during my stay that made me question whether I was being treated differently, which only adds to the overall negative impression.
This place might seem fine at first, but the way management operates behind the scenes—especially during move-out—should make anyone think twice.
