  So, my past experiences with apartments absolutely sucked. Granted I only had one, but it was a nightmare when I got there. Im sure anyone who's had to deal with a low income apartment could say the same. When i found Bella Madera and figured they had everything i was looking for, i was ecstatic! But I was also worried about them working with us because my last apartment was an absolute pain to even get my lease signed. To say I was accomodated beyond my expectations is an understatement. Daymond and his whole crew were so helpful. Now, I did end up on the 3rd floor, so moving was tricky as there are no elevators. But, it was so worth it. I am so happy with my new place, and I cant wait to stay here for a long time. Thanks Bella Madera team for helping me move into a nicer, more comfortable space. I can't even express how grateful I am. (P.S. If youre looking to apply, see if they have any specials!)

  I just moved in and had a great experience with Daymond throughout the process. He was personable, professional, and always willing to answer any questions I had about my lease or adjustments along the way. He addressed the minor issues I noticed after moving in the same day and followed up to make sure everything was taken care of. I appreciate how attentive and responsive he was. Daymond made me feel welcomed and made sure I had a positive start in my new apartment. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a leasing agent who genuinely cares about their experience. If you’re considering this community, Daymond is the person to see!

  I’ve enjoyed meeting neighbors and staff during community events everyone has been so welcoming and kind. It’s nice to see how Bella Madera creates opportunities for residents to connect and feel part of a friendly, supportive community. Honestly, the community already does an amazing job with events and amenities. They make living here feel special and help neighbors bond even more. I want to sincerely thank all the staff, managers, and neighbors I’ve met so far. Everyone’s professionalism and warmth make Bella Madera feel like home. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and well‑maintained, and I truly appreciate the care that goes into keeping it that way. I’m grateful to be part of this community and excited for another wonderful year here.
