  Absolutely one of the most fabulous leasing teams I’ve come across on my journey! Management is friendly, and their shining ✨ grounds reflect just that! Couldn’t change my ideal move in frame, but if I could- it’d be Bella Madera for the win!🏆

  We have signed two leases here and truly enjoy living in this community. Daymond did an outstanding job explaining everything thoroughly and was very transparent throughout the process, including all fees and expectations. The maintenance team is also incredibly kind, hardworking, and dedicated, working rain or shine to keep the property maintained. The only unfortunate experience for us was being told that if we wanted to transfer units, we could not move into another unit with the same square footage and would instead need to choose either a smaller or larger floor plan. Aside from that, we have had a great experience living here and are very happy overall.

  The customer service is amazing , and the staff is always friendly and helpful.especially the manager Monika. The apartments themselves are really good apartments good condition and they always have fun activities to make everyone feel welcomed and get together

  I have to say that when I moved to this area, I had to choose between 7 locations and I chose Bella Madera because of the all around benefits of living here. I am very happy with my choice! From the office staff Daymond (rental professional) and CiCi (rental professional) and Janett (Asst Property Manager) to Rene (Maintenance Mngr) and Thomas (Maintenance Professional) and the entire maintenance team, I am impressed. I had 3 moves to make recently and their assistance, understanding, kindness and prompt attention made them the moves much less stressful. The staff here is very welcoming and you never get the feeling you are “bothering” them when reaching out to them via email, in person and/or over the phone with any inquiries and/or concerns. I have rented many places in the US and abroad, and this is one of my best experiences thus far! The property is located in the heart of The Colony which offers a plethora of dining, shopping and entertainment as well as convenience to all the major highways and DFW Airport! I highly recommend considering this property if you are looking in The Colony, Frisco, Plano or Lewisville areas.

  Recently, I was in the DFW area and I viewed this property, as I am thinking about moving back to this area. I remember viewing this property before when I resided in the DFW area, and I remembered this property. Whenever I have viewed this property, before and now, I noticed how the property Manager, I think her name is Monika, interacts with the Leasing Agents, which I very rarely see. I feel she is always present with her staff, and as a result, her and her staff always provide exceptional service. She is awesome! By the way, the apartments are fantastic, and the prices are affordable, parking is great, and the fact that all the guests have to register their vehicles is a plus and an important feature because of safety. So, kudos to Monika at Bella Madera. Keep up the good work!
