I want to love this place, I truly do, but some of the decisions here are just NOT making sense to me as a longterm resident. People are TERRIBLE when it comes to parking and will constantly park in front of fire lanes, will take two spaces, or will leave their vehicles in the MIDDLE of the parking lot.
I'm also concerned why they have decided to cut down literally all of the trees that offered even a hint of shade or cool spots. It makes me sad because the whole reason we loved this property was because of the trees and greenery and seeing them cut them all down is so disappointing. It's a sad looking property now that's just concrete and heat constantly. Good luck walking your dog and hoping you'll find shade in this Texas weather, it won't be there long :(
I really hope that they're just getting rid of root rot or infected trees and will plant new ones, it's just not the property I used to talk up to friends and family anymore.

I have lived here since 2023. Since my arrival, we have had trees aggressively removed to continue beautifications efforts, annual paving repairs, grounds paint in parking, pressure cleaning off grounds as needed, and recently have a NEW Property Manager who has ushered in with the Pickle ball court!
I have seen people's reviews in regards to living within a 3rd-floor unit. If you have never dwelled on top floors for the beautiful vaulting, you would not understand how to maintain cool temperatures during the hottest days of Spring/Summer!
During daytime hours, I set my thermostat warmer, just to cool the unit, with ceiling fan only in circulation within the room I'm currently in; blinds closed. After 8 p.m., after things cool down outside at sundown, I turn my thermostat a bit cooler as the temperature gauge falls lower. This way, you are not exasperating your energy consumption. Nor overworking your HVAC, yet still comfortable climate within! Hope this helps someone reconsider!

Honestly, for 3 years it's been fine. A few too many water leaks/floods in our unit but maintenance has been pretty good about repairs. But now, they're chopping down trees. Huge, beautiful oak trees and big, full crape myrtles are getting removed at an alarming rate. The courtyard behind our unit has almost every tree marked for removal. Aide from the aesthetic, these trees provide shade for the units that really need them in the hot summer (not the most robust AC units). Earlier this year, they replaced small yards that some units have with cheap looking fake turf. They already barely run the sprinklers around our building and we have foundation cracks in the walls to show for it. So far, we've been unable to get a real answer from apartment management or parent company; just a nice runaround.

One of the best apartments in Lewisville with a reasonable budget and great amenities. The management team is helpful, responsive, and keeps the community well-maintained. We lived here for almost two and a half years and had a good experience overall. Before moving out, make sure to complete the leasing inspection carefully, as any damages or issues may result in additional charges that could be as much as another month’s rent. Otherwise, it’s a nice place to live.
