Quick Summary: A poorly maintained complex in a nice, walkable neighborhood. Not worth it for the price they want and definitely not worth it as they raise your rate every year while units sit vacant around you listed for cheaper (And I'm not joking, our base rent for the second year on the lease is 1425 while an identical unit is listed for 1200 and the unit across from us was vacant for at least 4 months). Pros: Quiet complex, mostly friendly neighbors, walkable to a grocery store and several restaurants which is rare in this part of Texas. Cons: The biggest one is maintenance. The staff is very nice, but our AC has been broken for a very long time. It was out for an entire month last summer, and the office does not seem to care enough to do anything real about it. Our electric bill was almost $400 last summer and it looks like we're heading that way again. I've called several times saying the temperature was not lowering the way it should be and was dismissed. Maintenance just does not seem to have the know-how to solve the issue rather than slap a Band-Aid on it and it seems they are unwilling to send out an actual professional. Just had to place another emergency call today because it is 79° in our apartment. On top of this the office staff is rude and dismissive. I had to start an email thread to get them to take anything seriously. The facilities are another matter entirely. The pool is out of service at least once a month, ceiling plaster coming down in the gym (which it seems is never cleaned), our bedroom faces the entrance gate and every other week someone rams through it and it is left to flail for several days, trash pickup people seem to come when they feel like it but they're third-party so at least that much isn't really the complex's fault. Update: sent an email the day I wrote this review requesting an HVAC company come out since this was a frequent repeat issue. Was told "[Maintenance] is in receipt of your ticket and will be there to address any issues today. [Maintenance] is EPA certified and insured to perform all HVAC work on this property. He is well qualified and adept at troubleshooting issues with regards to ACs." AC worked for 24 hours and is out again. Seriously, don't waste your money here.

For these people to lie and say they had no record of what was going on with my daughter’s apartment, blows my mind! She went through corporate, and even they were absolutely ZERO help. All they did was forwarded her emails back to the PATHETIC MANAGER, who did absolutely nothing but LIE about when her AC was gonna be fixed. There is no way by LAW in the state of Texas, they should be able to get away with someone not having AC for 2 weeks and outside temperatures reaching 90°!! I went to my daughter‘s apartment to help her move and literally had to go outside TO MY CAR in order to cool off! The corporate office is just as incompetent as the On-site managers, they hire! Run in the complete opposite direction! Do not move here!

Do not move here. The manager and maintenance will do nothing to help you. We were without A/C, and management did not care. You will have an electric bill btwn $200-$300 because it cannot keep up with the heat. You will send multiple emails to try to get answers with no response. They are also never in the office to bring up any issues. Unless they get new management, good luck if you choose this place

Shelby had amazing customer service! She was very genuine and gave me a warm welcoming! She made me feel very comfortable and made it known that whatever I needed would be taken care of! Shelby is the main reason I am considering choosing these apartments!

My family and I have been living in this community for the past three years, and until recently, we never experienced this level of disorganization and disregard. Since Hannah left, the decline in service has been extremely noticeable. The current back-office team is neither helpful nor communicative, and the difference in attitude is frankly disappointing. Hannah was supportive, proactive, and welcoming—qualities that are completely lacking today. The handling of our transfer request was chaotic and unprofessional. We were given incorrect information multiple times—first a unit number, then told it was a 2 BHK, then suddenly a 1 BHK, then under renovation, then not. We physically viewed the unit while it was vacant, only to later be told it had been leased online—yet it still appears available. This reflects a complete lack of coordination and transparency. The attitude from the leasing office has been equally concerning. Their response gives a vibe such as “it is what it is” or “take it or leave it” are not acceptable, especially when dealing with long-term tenants. On top of that, amenities have been consistently unavailable. The BBQ area has been closed for some time, and now the pool is also inaccessible with no clear communication or timeline. Maintenance issues have been just as frustrating. I dealt with ongoing AC problems for an entire year, requiring multiple visits before it was finally resolved. Now, the trash disposal system is facing the same pattern—repeated visits with no actual solution. Overall, the experience has become unnecessarily difficult. Neither I nor my family feel valued, respected, or properly supported as residents anymore. Definitely our last renewal here
